Don't go here. I asked for assistance because I was unfamiliar with this car wash. I took foot off the brake and started down the carwash. I did not realize I had to be in neutral. My mistake, and I own that. Instead of stopping me and telling me to put in neutral-they told me to back up. I even asked--are you sure I can back up? I was assured it was ok. My front bumper and the cover underneath it were torn off! I went to the carwash for convenience and ended up with damage to my car which makes it unable to be driven. I contacted the Manager (after I was told he would contact me within 1-2 days-which he did not). I was told they followed their procedures, and no offer of resolution--and no offer for even a refund! Bad customer service for sure!!

Paid $14. No receipt provided. Wash was ok. No towels, broken air and weak vacuums. Not a good value. Find another car wash. This place has no customer service to help. A complete waste of time and money.

The wash was ok. they roll you through there so quickly. The rollers barely have time to clean the car. When you get to the drying blowers you go through so fast there is still water all over the car. Lucky I had a towel in the trunk to wipe everything off or there would have been water spots all over. I pulled into the vacuum station and there were only air guns. No vacuum hoses. Stupid. I won't be back.

I actually used to work at this location YEARS ago and the owners were meticulous about every little thing. Those days are LONG passed and so is any and all dedication to quality. Went in last week; no dash wipes (not a real shocker as they only have them about 20% of the time anyway, even though the sign says "dash wipes available upon request", went out to blow off the excess water and the compressor pumps are down (now for over a week!). Okay, I'll just have to wipe it down with their damp rags.....nope, those are out too! Can somebody remind me what I spend almost $30 a month on again?!? I saw this place now has signs that say "powered by circle K" I guess that makes sense.....

Employees are great. Always ready to help but the quality is going down. Car is left with soap. Air pressures don't work and good luck playing "which vacuum works today". The cost of my subscription went up and going to cancel it soon and wash my car at home.

Absolutely horrible customer service.Did I mention horrible customer service. Wretched!! If I was able to give negative stars I would. My windshield was cracked going through the car wash. I filed an incident report the same day. I was told I would hear something in 72 hours. I called on Thursday. I was told I would hear something later that day. No call. I called again on Friday. I did receive a call later Friday afternoon. I distinctly told the Clean Freak rep, that I didn't want to go through the weekend with the drivers side window cracked. I was told I would have to wait until Monday to hear what was going to be done about my windshield. I also tried to call the corporate office. No answer and the voicemail was full. Speaks volumes. I waited 6 days for them to tell me that they were not going to fix it, they don't fix cracked windows, or windshields and to add insult to injury they offered mea month no charge for cracking the windshield. I could have been told that, when I reported the windshield, instead of Clean Freak jerking me around for 6 days. I was a loyal customer. It took you 6 days for you to tell me that. If that was the case, that you don't take responsibly for windshield cracked in your car wash, what was I waiting for? No accountability. This is a management issue, i can just imagine how their employees are treated. Don't get your car washed at the Freaks.

Best affordable car wash company in the Phoenix area. Can't go wrong with free vacuums to clean out your vehicle after a wash made to sparkle in the Arizona sunshine. Friendly staff, easy to use payment kiosks.

Great customer service every time. No doubt. But the quality of the wash itself is horrible. It is definitely not spot free rinse. I cancelled my subscription because the vacuums are always busted. No towels. My car always has soap residue left over. Going to try cobblestone.

Definitely won't be back! Out of towels at 11a is a no for me. I prefer a good handwash anyways but this was just a quick stop for me. The place was packed and everyone was looking like "Where's Waldo" behind a shammy lol. For how hard they go to sell them plans, them towels need to be hot off the press

A little expensive compared to other car washes but they get the job done. The towel cart was low when I was there but it was a busy day so I don't blame the staff. Good wash, good vaccums, overall good experience. I would go back there again.
