Well apparently I'm not the only person who thinks Cliff is possibly the rudest person they have ever dealt with. I have not only seen him berate his employees in front of a store of people but also his customers. Hector on the other hand is the sweetest most helpful courteous person you would ever want to meet. He should be managing that store.

As much as I love circle k the manager Cliff is so rude and I see I'm not the only one who feels this way his customer service is a negative 10 and the look on his face is always down. Although Hector is amazing I will never ever ever go back to this circle k again to have my change and Id laid on the counter when I had my hand out and I handed it to you. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work at this establishment because nothing is worst than a job with a snobby manager.

This location is super close to my work. Went in today, and the manager cliff "helped" he was super rude and robotic as per usual. I understand why the turnover is so high there. Would have rated 1 star based on my experiences with Cliff. But Hector on the night shift is a gem, top notch. I'll definitely be taking my business to other Circle K's or the Qt next door for any day trips from now on.

Cliff needs to be retrained or fired. Me and my wife went in to take advantage of our loyalty points and get free slushies and snacks and when we were having issues cliff was so impatient and rude. Not to mention the customer in front of us was having the same issue with his gas points and cliff very rudely told him “ we don’t do that here leave and next customer”. Thanks to cliff I went next door to the QT and bought my stuff there

This is not the first time I've been to the Circle K location. I normally go in the evening hours due to my schedule at a different Circle K.
I have a lot of interaction with Hector who is the assistant manager. He's absolutely wonderful. His interactions with the customers is outstanding.
I have been to this Circle K in the morning only a few times. Unfortunately, I have dealt with the manager Cliff. He definitely did not get the management position due to his personality. The way he talks to customers, myself included unbeknownst to him that I work at Circle K, is highly unacceptable. Today I had the opportunity to see how he interacts with his staff, and I can only imagine the high turnover there is at that store.
Suggestion to corporate: Make Hector the manager and remove Cliff from that position.

DONT GO HERE!! Use the quick trip next door, air machine is broken. I paid for it without realizing it is broken. Not my mistake they attached out of service tag to the hose which is hung backwards so that no one can see it. I paid and the transaction went through. I picked up the hose and then realized it is broken. Manager is not available on the site and employees dont know what to do in this situation. Bad customer service, bad equipment and maintenance. If you look at the attached image yellow bag says out of service, instructions to fill air says pay first then use the hose. I think they did this on purpose. Never going back.

Yet another circle k with no air machine working. Impressive that a WHOLE company cannot get this working. This is the 7th one. Just demolish the damn machine instead of having one on the damn property? Makes no sense at all.
