everytime i come to this locatiok the late night staff takes the phone iff the hook and hides in the bathroom ive been out here waiting for someone to open the dor for 30 minutes now its 930 ive been here since 9pm

I'm calling corporate I just called here at 11:58 am 06/17/23 to ask if they have reduced fate passes and the guy just kept saying bus passes and hung up now he won't answer.

Circle k worker name amber tried talking to me in a manner that made me feel uncomfortable she seen I wasn’t interested then tired to card me knowing she never does and or I am a repeat customer and she never cards me she got mad and told me get out her store I told her it’s not her store you are a employee not the owner will be making a complaint to corporate this behavior is unacceptable and the customer is always right she works night shift said her name was amber when I called to get her name for complaint and also file one online at circle k .com

Cashier Rosa is rude and disrespectful. She tried to rip my husband off by saying that the transactions was declined. He showed her that it was not declined and it actually charged his card twice she got very disrespectful and refused to address the situation. She even called the police and made a false report when all he asked for managers information so that way he can address the situation. She still refused to give him information and only gave managers information once the police asked for it. We use to go to this store at least 3 times a day we will never give them our business again.

Lots if homeless hang out around this Circle K. It shared drinks and dining area with the Del Taco so sometimes there's some people looking rough and on hard times. The nastiest was seeing my own diabetic test strip and alcohol wipe in the soda fountain drain (see photo) that someone had taken out of the trash in my used Polar Pop cup I had thrown away. Basically, I threw my trash away and someone took the cup out then rinsed it out for a drink or ice. This remained uncleaned for about a week. It's not uncommon to see a street person use the soda water dispenser to wash their hands or rinse a cup out. I'm done with this store for my daily sip and save, too often the co2 or coke zero syrup is out.

Card readers at the pumps are consistently not reading chips on cards. I came here to use my Shell Fuel Rewards and the pump didn't read my chip. Tried again but my Fuel Rewards showed as used. There was a line of people all waiting to prepay inside for the same chip reader issue. My bigger issue was that because I tried to use my Fuel Rewards outside and inside 3 times total, it locked my account and I couldn't use them. I drove to a different gas station. The cashier was nice but informed me this issue has been going on for awhile. I've come to this station a few times and consistently have one or another issue. I was also harassed by one of the homeless individuals walking around asking for money. I told them I didn't have any cash and they consistently kept bothering me (it's not like I was driving a nice car or wearing nice clothes or anything, either).

They have very bad employee , i ask cashier guy to pump gas on 10 3 time and he still put it on 6 then he told me you have to pay again i told him i need to talk to your manager he told my leave i don’t care who you going to talk to my manager come every Monday , i never ever been in this situation

Just like all the other Circle K's in Southern Arizona this one is surprisingly gross too. Never once have I stepped inside a clean one. It's hard to believe that not a single one of these places have a manager or employees who make even minor cleanliness a priority. The food area and drink station is sticky, messy and hasn't been visited by a damp towel in a long time. It smells like the floor is cleaned by a crusty old mop and yesterday's dirty water. Probably from the bathroom floors. The glass doors and handles are always smudged and full of hundreds of fingerprints and don't wanna imagine what else. The outside is just as bad with filthy gas pumps, sidewalks, parking lot....just everywhere. What is up with this? How does the corporation not care about this?

This place was filthy, and I had to go inside for receipt. The whole point of paying at pump is to avoid covid.
