Mishandling of labs caused me to have to do test again go somewhere else. They dont always post results in the patient portal. People at the front desk watch YouTube videos on their phones.

Review is for the Pediatric section
Dr Marias is great with my kids. Very professional and great kid-friendly bed side manners. The nurse was always gentle and quick with vaccinations. Let's not forget the awesome prize chest. My kids looked forward to that.
We only came here for their yearly well-check appointments and had a great experience everytime, from scheduling all the way to seeing the doctor.
Evernorth is discontinuing Pediatrics this year and transitioning services to Banner Children's.

I have been a patient here for more than 15 years. Always fast response, most of the time very reasonable timing for appointments. Excellent service from staff every time. Dr Hamid is always very friendly and i am overall very happy with the care I receive here

First appointment and they make me wait longer than expected because the nurse practitioner Bonnie is late “dUe tO tRaFfIC”. When I finally get to see her she rushes into the exam room and almost falls off her rolling stool. Then proceeds with absurd questions that have nothing to do with what I am there for “have you ever had a colonoscopy?” Lol, Bonnie had no idea what she was doing.
X-RAY results were sent to my patient portal. I requested clarification and Bonnie didn’t even respond.
WASTE OF TIME & MONEY

It's a multi-disipline medical center with separate offices for different services. It's convenient to get x-ray exams and bone density exams along with eye exams and Opthalmology in the same location. Parking is easy and free, and folks seem happy to work there
