I needed an alternator replaced for a 2004 Ford Escape, just replaced it in 2020. I knew there were some wiring issues from that fix. I took it in to Choice Auto, requested new alternator and asked the owner to make sure the wiring is fixed correctly, after a $900 cost and 4 months the alternator went out again (?), another repair shop looked at it and said the wiring was never fixed (missing insulation, shorting out). The owner at Choice Auto assured me that the wiring was fixed multiple times. I used to trust this place but not anymore I had to fork out $1200 to get it done right after only 4 months

I've been to Choice Auto twice now. I went there first for an oil change a few months back. I was pleasantly surprised that my appointment time was honored on time and it was fast and affordable. Yesterday I took my car there to have work done on my AC. I'm so grateful they accommodate my requests and the the cost was honest, fair, and affordable in an industry that often isn't, especially as woman. Thank you to all of you at Choice Auto!

Car issues give me so much anxiety but my check engine light came on so I looked up mechanics in my area and saw that this place had 5 stars. I gave them a call and they told me I could bring my car in the next morning and they'd have it all set within a day. The price was super reasonable and I had my car back that same day. Highly highly recommend

If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy auto repair shop I highly recommend Choice Auto Repair!! I hit a boulder in the road puncturing something under my car that caused all the oil to come pouring out. My cousin suggested I have it towed to Choice Auto and let me tell you I am glad I did. They expressed how lucky I was that the rock only punctured the oil pan. It was such a great experience that I recommended them to my daughter after she was told by another shop that she needed $1,500 worth of work done. She took it to Choice and they did a full diagnostic and said that her car was in no need of any immediate repairs with one issue to keep an eye on. They explained everything to her and helped put her mind at ease for her next road trip. I have never had such a positive experience with auto repairs!

The best Auto repair shop I’ve ever known. I’ve used these folks for all of the work on my vehicles and even a few friends. The staff is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, forthright and trustworthy. It’s literally the only auto mechanic shop I will take my cars to. If you need great work for a reasonable price then Choice Auto Repair is the place to go.

Dealer said I needed $1,100 to fix my AC. Went to Choice Auto for a second opinion. After doing a diagnosis, they told me that I didn't need ANY of what dealer said I did!Saved me $1,100!!Customer for life!

Been going to Choice Auto since 6+ years even though i have moved out of Tempe. They are really good at understanding your vehicle problems, reliable and affordable. Kevin is really good at customer service and i have recommended my friends to Choice auto few times.

I have used car services in the past, but Choice Auto is the only one my family uses now. Kevin and Dan are the best! I like to refer to Dan as the Car whisperer. He took my car for a drive around the block, and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. They have helped me out numerous times with my car and my daughter's. I just wanted to give a shout-out to thank them & let them know how much we appreciate them.

The guys here are always so amazing! I've been visiting Choice Auto since my college days and will continue to visit them as long as I live in the valley. Every time I take my car in the guys will fully check it over and make recommendations for future visits. The cost of service is well worth it and always very reasonable.

THE MOST trustworthy, reliable and friendly auto shop. I can't use enough positive words to describe them: kind & patient, yet honest and straightforward. They do great work, get it done quickly, and at an extremely fair price. Locally run by Arizona natives, we were originally referred by family and will continue servicing all of our cars here. Would recommend Choice Auto to anyone!!
