Top tier cleaning! Vacuumed the inside of my car very well, dusted the dash, and were able to get the tough streaks on my windows. Brayden was very thorough in explaining the different tiers and was very friendly on top of that!

Went in for the first time and was helped by Brayden. Very helpful and respectful young man that made my experience worth every penny! 10/10 would highly recommend and will be coming back and telling friends.

Would have given 0 stars. The tall quality control guys seems to hate his job here been coming here for 3 months and this guy always has a stick up his butt I pay for a quick detail and I'm easy outside only wheels and tires and I always get an attitude I used to tip $20 each person that worked on my truck but lately i don't think they deserve its a horrible experience. I will still continue to come here because it's near my house. But come on cobble stone get it together before you lose business! Thank you to the staff at entrance y'all are solid very energetic.

ZERO Stars. Management is dishonest and refusing to take accountability for their machine ripping off the driver side mirror of our 2021 Toyota Tacoma on Wednesday, October 4th at 6:20pm. Paco admitted responsibility on Thursday, October 5, 2023 after reviewing the cameras and and informed me that general manager Mario would be reaching out on Friday. Never received a phone call. Just got off the phone with Mario on October 7, 2023 after I called him stating there was a "miscommunication of who would be calling who" followed by him telling me that he could not tell by the video if the vehicle had prior damage, would not be taking responsibility, and wanted me to bring in the vehicle for a visual inspection to see if there were screws or glue. He is NOT credentialed to inspect vehicles and I will be getting multiple third party inspections. I will be filing a small claims case against them to cover the $650.00 price tag for repair. This is unbelievable. Horrible business practice. No not go to this location. I expect that cobblestone car wash corporate will reach out to me directly to rectify this ASAP.

I used them for about a month with no problems however in my most recent visit the car wash broke off my drivers side mirror casing. cobblestone says they are not liable for replacing the part because the vehicle is older (2006). If you have a newer car you will probably be fine but if you have an older car like myself it is probably best not to risk it. the employees were understanding and nice this is just an unfortunate corporate policy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER GO HERE!!!! They put a huge crack in the windshield of my brand new car (I had only had it for 9 days) and refused to help me pay for it or reimburse it. The people at this car wash are liars - Paco and Mario, the two managers especially. Their staff lied to Paco Rodriguez saying that my BRAND NEW car ALREADY had a crack before I went through the drive thru car wash. After the car wash and showing Paco the crack, he said that their general manager wasn't around so to come the next day. When we called them the next day, they said Mario was out of town on "emergency leave" and when their colleague said something they shouldn't have on the call, Mario got on the call immediately to rectify his employee's mistake. They refused to give me the security footage and only agreed to give it if I go through my insurance company. They are HUGE liars and do not trust this car wash, at all. This experience has ruined my trust in car washes. I paid $18 for a premium hot wash only for them to put a crack in my new car's windshield. I hope someone in their marketing team reads this and reaches out to me as I am really lost now and none of the conversations with their employees yielded any result for me because they ALL LIE!When I came across the crack, right as I left the drive thru, I immediately parked in front of their little store to tell the employees there - I didn't drive out of the location and then come back to argue with them about the crack. That would've stood no ground, but I did what protocol would've suggested and still didn't get the right treatment from them. I was very nice and kind to Paco, recognising it wasn't directly his fault as I'm sure he has loyal customers in the past who probably didn't have the same experience as me, but my case is completely different - I bought my first ever, new car 9 days before I ran it through this car wash. I bought this car at a used car dealership in Mesa and they also ran it through a drive thru car wash before handing me the keys. The car between the buying period and the windshield crack, was always parked under a parking shed. It was also at the dealership between this period for two days as they needed to work on it. I noticed not even a minute crack in the windshield when I brought it back with me and there was no crack before I went through the car wash. If it happened due to temperature change between the outdoors and inside the car wash, they should have systems in place to mitigate this because they have 100s of thousands cars using their facilities if not millions, a year. Hopefully someone reaches out from their side again, because I'll be tempted to try out my luck in court otherwise By the way, at the end of the car wash, my car didn't even come out looking clean. FlW and 101. Great customer service starting with Andre when I pulled up. Very professional and helpful. Didn't push hard at the extras. Wash and wax was very good. Jeep hadn't been washed in a long time. It looked new and Lisense at detail did outstanding at completing the details. Put in extra effort. Will definitely go back.let the manager Anthony know what a great job his team did.

Card payment took 5 minutes to process, car still has spots and bugs on windshield, vacuums has close to no suction and didn't pick up even crumbs.

Machine ripped the back door @ glass off my campershell on site 'manager' said it was my fault for not locking the campershell door, despite no signs indicating that would be necessary a lower level employee was laughing at me as I was angry and irate over the lack of accountability and play d*** attitude I asked the employee his name so I couldmake a formal complaint, he said "I dont have a name" ; right in front of his manager, who did nothing to correct the blatant poor customer service displayed right in front of himabsolutely pathetic customer service and nearly unbelievable a "manager" would watch amd enable itwith this kind of staff and managemen, it wouldn't surprise me if theft and other issues were common, the problems start at the top and there's no accountability at this location cobblestone has lost a multi-thousand $ account due to the actions of these two individuals; who never formally introduced themselves and refused to give namesterrible

Every time I'm visit this location they never have any of the blue towels to wipe down your car after it's clean. It's pretty annoying seeing everyone there looking for them.

Cobblestone keeps charging my bank account after I cancelled a month ago. There's no customer service, just a message saying someone will call back in a few days (WTH). I left messages, but still no response!! What can I do (help )?
