Went to the drive-up window and the girl working there did not know how to count change! I gave her two checks and 300.00 in 20s. Ask her to send me all hundreds and she didn't have a clue!

Chase financial services is quite literally the worst institution I have ever banked with.If you are a small business owner in Arizona, I highly encourage you to open your business accounts with a local credit union.I am counting the days until I can sever all business ties with this institution.March 2023

They have some good workers but the bad ones that don't even acknowledge you going inside the establishment and helping you out with whatever you are there for just ruin it for the rest.

I close my acct.in this branch i made sure that i didnt owe anything.however i keep on recieving a mail that i owe them a 400$ which is imposible and i call the customer service they said just disregard it but till now i keep on recieving the main that i owe them any money i tried to set up an appt.with them but no one really answered and unfortunatley i dont have any proof that i closed my acct.i misplaced it and i hand them over my card to shred it.but why i owe them anything when its a savings account and they are all updated.just disappointed.

Nice people that work there. However as the employees know, the atm machine takes forever to process. A very slow machine, be careful!
