I’m very disappointed that we walked in to open a business account and waited for 30 minutes before someone told you us that they actually couldn’t do it at this location because they didn’t have the staff available. There wasn’t a proper check in process at the entrance. No one came to greet us … and this guy in his little private client area who works there didn’t even bother to help us or even greet and direct us. So we left after 30 waste time. Very disappointed. You need a proper check in process to direct people. This is why I like appointments better. And you really can’t take walks in. Don’t advertise it.

This review is for Gulshan, she is the best I came across on as a banker. She is very professional, knowledgeable, does not rush things and always makes sure she's doing the right things, by paying attention. Make an appointment with her if you need something notarized or if you need to open an account. Her work ethic is very high which is very rare these days.

Beware.
I just went through the drive thru of Chase at McClintock and Guadalupe to make a deposit. $600 cash. The atm malfunctioned and didn’t make the deposit but kept my money. It gave me a receipt with a number to call. They said it will take 10 days to resolve the dispute. 10 days! And that’s not to credit my account, that’s for them to come to a decision on if they will credit my account. I told them that was unacceptable, that I didn’t do anything wrong and that I needed my money now. After waiting on hold for a while they told me they could not expedite the “temporary” credit to my account and that I will have to wait the 10 business days.
Just a heads up. I wouldn’t trust that atm for deposits. It may turn into a headache that you don’t want.

Stopped by to withdraw cash at drive thru atm. The atm wouldn’t read my card so went to drive up window. Employee said atm has been broken for 2 weeks but they aren’t allowed to put a sign up because it makes the branch look bad. I wasn’t too worried because it should have been a quick transaction. It took him 20 mins to dispense less than $100 cash and then when he sent me my money my debit card was missing. He had to go find it from wherever it was left at in the branch. Poor customer service and poor business practice. It’s a real comfort knowing I pay a monthly fee for this kind of service.

I would NOT recommend doing any business banking at this location with Wanda Kaehr. I was very disappointed in her lack of warmth. I found her to be condescending and arrogant. Without listening to gain a full understanding of my concerns, she assumed she knew the answers and interrupted me regularly. She was also miffed when I opted not to take her business card.If you desire a quality standard in customer service, I urge you to go to the location on McClintock and Southern, not this one. I immediately left and went there and even though they did not have any meeting availability earlier when I scheduled my initial appointment, their bankers still went out of their way to answer my questions and resolve my concerns.I went to the Guadalupe location for my business banking needs because of their open availability in business meeting scheduling. If Wanda is the only person designated to handle business banking needs at this location, I can see why this branch isn’t booked through next week like the others in the surrounding area.Good customer service shows. At this branch, it was non-existent for me in my interaction with Wanda Kaehr. For that reason, I will not return to this branch to handle any service to my Chase accounts.

ATM Lobby is inside the front glass doors, is brightly lit at nite, & I think has 24/7 access - needless to say it would be surveilled by CCTV Cams. I also think it would be safe from tampering thieves attaching data recording devices. Seems such a cutthroat world these days, but for what it's worth, I believe this ATM Lobby is relatively safe for in-oerson 24hr access.

I opened two business accounts recently and have had issues with both unfortunately. The first account was a joint partnership account. We were told we were missing documentation and needed to provide it in order to keep the account active. Information was provided and multiple emails were provided to our banker at this location for follow up, but no communication or proper customer service was provided. The account was closed without our knowledge. The second account, which I am the sole owner of, has been setup incorrectly, giving unauthorized authorization SMS messages to someone other than myself. The communication was poor and execution on opening accounts properly has been poor. Aside from this, I have been on-hold with Chase Services which has also been poor. Coming to the realization that I chose the wrong bank to do business with.

The staff are always friendly, helpful, I had to wait for 15 minutes and the bank teller was having a bad time with a patron, I was next I thought she was going to be grumpy, rude to me cause I was next, but she was SO nice and very professional. I'm always impressed by them.
