I would say they have terrible service but it’s actually no service. You can’t call the branch at all, phone service doesn’t connect you. Almost impossible to make an appointment and they won’t let you walk in for one. Makes me wonder why I give them my money

I’ve been banking with Chase for many years. Out of all the Chase banks I’ve been to in my lifetime, hands-down these are the most helpful, honest, genuinely caring people I’d like to give a special thanks to Omar Chavez not only is he knowledgeable helpful and always has a smile on his face, he also goes above and beyond to make sure that you leave they’re satisfied and answered all your questions. I’d like to say thank you to everyone at the Tempe branch. They have been very helpful.

Terrible company and terrible customer service. Don't use chase unless you want to incur needless fees and overdrafts because of those fees.
