Branch refuse to answer the phone. Called 800 number was told they could accept about 200 in quarters not rolled. Get to the window, "Sorry they have to be rolled. The people on the 800 number lied."

There drive thru sucks they opened lane and let people budge in front I sat 20 mins on the work clock wasting gas! They always are extremely slow inside or in drive thru!!!!

Check for mistakes, as the bank has unprofessional management and a high turnover of tellers who often lack knowledge and competence. I do not recommend or trust this bank. The reason for the 2 stars and not 1, there are two bank tellers who are genuinely nice and professional.

The branch manager gets visibly upset when customers walk in.No customer service here whatsoever.All they will do here is tell you what they CANT do. They will not offer you any guidance or alternative solutions.Avoid this branch like the plague

Do not, I repeat, do not ever deposit cash at this branch! I just moved and lived within walking distance. Had my husband went in to deposit cash couple times and for some reason they said that the amount is lesser from what we counted. It wasn't that big of a difference and so we just thought it might be us. Today, my husband went in again to deposit cash, which I double check the amount, and they told him that it was short by $100. My husband told the cashier to recount it but the cashier said that the machine will not count it wrong. They took the cash, bring it to the back, where the machine's at, away from my husband's eye. They did not even try to recount the cash by hand in front of my husband, which is unheard of with other banks. This feels like a very sketchy way of doing business especially considering that Chase is one of the top banks in the US. Anyways, please beware!!

This is not necessarily about the location but about the Company in general. The fact that they take out money when you make a big payment then supposedly put it back and then take it out again a few days later to try and make people overdraft their account is ridiculous! I’m leaving this bank as soon as possible.

I used to bank at this location and it is shady as .....They wouldn't even cash a check drawn from Chase unless I open an account with them. Shady. They had an inside employee that used my wife's account to commit wire fraud and blamed it on her. But another employee told her that it was an inside job and they closed her accounts. Stay far away from this location!

When I come into a trusted institution. I want to feel welcomed, professionally. Not by a snippy, tattoo-covered kid! This does not sit well.. and it is a deterrent. I am the customer and tellers are there to serve and provide a sense of professionalism. Not by snobby, snickering attitudes, shielded by tattoos and a false sense of the financial institution position.

This branch is a little older, and maybe could use a little updating, but the people working here are friendly and it's never crowded.
