I can’t thank this team enough. They replaced my front bumper. I want to first thank Logan my service advisor at my Freeway Chevy dealership, but he referred me here, specifically Princeton and Reilly. It was probably longer, but it seemed like seconds I was able to have all paperwork filled out. Set up and dropoff was easy. Can’t say enough about the service, communication and the end result—quality of the work. I recommend this team with my utmost confidence and respect. But I also want to add…as I face a decision with a work transfer, factoring in things like the people that take care of my cars is a factor for all of us, and I want this team to know that. It’s almost impossible for me to leave this area if this is the attention I get when I need service for my car. Oh yeah…it was supposed to be done on Nov 6. It was completed November 2. Thank you all!

I had a great experience at Chapman in Tempe, I spent no more than 20 minuets there. All the staff were very friendly especially Aaron and Cesar who were able to get a small dent out of my car in just minuets. It’s hard to find a honest and reliable body shop so I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend (:

DO NOT repair your vehicle here!!! I picked up my bmw and my wind deflectors got stolen! They did not take responsibility for it and were very rude to me. Do not trust them with your vehicle even if the insurance is paying for it. They will lie straight to your face . They told me they took pictures of the car when it first arrived but I'm certain that they took the pictures after they took my deflectors off. I'm going to keep bashing this place on all of social media until I get my wind deflectors back. Shame on you.

I’m really happy that I’ve decided on Chapman Collision in Tempe for my auto body repairs! Mr. Cherry and his staff took their time to understand my frustrations as I was new to the entire process. Not only did they repair the obvious damage but they even went above and beyond to buff and touch up all of the other miscellaneous dings and scratches. They didn’t keep my vehicle long and managed to keep open, clear and precise communication with me along the way. I will definitely return to Chapman collision for future services as I don’t see myself going anywhere else for these type of needs!

I was driving down the highway in my new car when an object flew up and hit the bumper. It left scratches on the bumper and light. My car dealership recommended that I bring my car into Chapman Collision Center. I had the most amazing experience there! Bryson evaluated my car and told me he would be able to buff it out. In less than 30 minutes he was able to remove the scratches so my car looked like new again. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate his outstanding customer service… Bryson is absolutely the best!

I came in to Chapman collision with looking to get an estimate done on my car. With in a matter of minutes the staff was fast friendly quick to my needs and so helpful the agent name Aaron was quick to help me looked at my car the damage suggested a quick buff and area clean of the car and just like that was like it was new again well almost new n saved me alot of hassle or further headache excellent service I do say and I will be recommending this place and Aaron to family and friends thank you very much

The work they did was fine, but overall their process and timing is clunky and definitely would not recommend. Left with a crack in my windshield, they told me it was there before which it was, but it was a teeny tiny crack. And even though the work they did was on my passenger side door for some reason they decided to to takeoff my cell phone holder from that same spot and now I have a crack halfway up my window… when I got in my car to leave all four of my tire lights were on and I was told that happens when your car sits in the sun and to just go to the tire place and have them top off the air… I shouldn’t have to do that and I would never have brought my BMW there had I known it would be sitting out in the hot sun in Arizona in August for almost four weeks.

I was recently in an accident and my car was taken to Chapman through my insurance. Hayli at the front did an amazing job helping me with getting my car to the shop. Unfortunately my car ended up being a total loss, but when I came to pick up my personal items the people at Chapman were very patient and helpful. I 100% would recommend Chapman, especially with people like Hayli working there.

Was visiting from out of town and got into an accident with a broken windshield and bumper. Hayli was awesome! Very nice, prompt and knowledgle. Overall great service!
