I have never purchased from Chapman and I NEVER WILL—for one simple reason: they barrage my gmail accounts every day with emails, over and over and over and over again! I hate this sales tactic and NEVER will consider purchasing from Chapman.

Let me tell you a little bit about this place they do not have any integrity I bought a 2012 Malibu I took them Malibu in because I was having steering problems apparently there was a recall on the steering mechanism okay you had to be under $150,000 miles or within 10 years the car was first in service when I brought it in in 2019 the car had 122,000 miles on it and I was well within the 10 years okay they said that the recall was fixed they fixed it okay well 8 months later I was back in the dealer with the same problem they tell me that it's the steering motor this time electric motor and that is not covered under the recall the guy the service writer tells me I need four tires I need a serpentine belt I need this and that okay I told him I don't need all that I'll get tires myself I just want the car fixed the recall what I brought it in for okay so fast forward to last week I'm on my phone on the internet and I noticed a special bulletin for my car talking about the recall that got me to thinking Icarus had the same problem since 20/20 when they didn't fix it okay and this special pool 10 is saying that they have to fix it okay if the car is under $150,000 miles or under 10 years well now the car has 177,000 miles and it's 2012 the 2024 this is the car is the 2012. My point being when I had the car in in 2012 I had 145,000 miles on it and I was under the year. They found a way to wiggle their way out of fixing it then telling me that I declined the fix when that is exactly why I brought it in it's a racket now they're telling me they're not going to fix nothing and they want 170 bucks from me for going through it I'm going to five on their on your side and I'm going to have the new station over there and I'm going to show them all my paperwork and everything and see how that works out I would definitely would not recommend this place to anybody

I took my car to Tempe location on kyrene. I had no concern leaving my car since the last time I took my car I had a fabulous communication. They did really good with my vehicle. Unfortunately, not this time. They had my car for almost 2 months. And that entire time they reached out to me via text message three times I always had to contact them. They said they would cover my rental vehicle. They did not now I have to come out of pocket for that. They return my car not assembled correctly my heater was stuck on blowing could not turn it off. I had to disconnect the blower. My dash does not light up my radio my back up mirror they tore up. My seat covers in my vehicle. I have grease stains all over my car seat. My trunk is trashed. My electrical is not even connected. Just very upset. They will not fix it. They will not return my calls. Now I have to find another dealership and come out of pocket and have my car fixed. my insurance is already paid out $9000. The paint job as well is needless to say I could’ve done a better job is overspray all over my car. All I ask is for them just to fix it and they will not do it. I have not done nothing to deserve this. I wasn’t withholding any money. I am nothing like that. Everything is been paid out to them. There is no reason for my vehicle to be returned to me like that. I feel like it was maliciously done.

Unfortunately I can't leave negative 5 stars. This company has committed FRAUD against me and against Progressive insurance. I took my car there for a small front end repair and to get the rear spoiler fixed so it doesn't rattle. They never installed the fog light bezels, didn't fix the spoiler and sent the car home. There is NO WAY the body shop techs didn't know that they didn't include the parts. My wife got a hit and run on her a few weeks later and took the car back to them. Told them they never fixed my spoiler and they tried to say we never paid for the work so you know of any company that lets customers get their products without paying for them? NO. When they sent the car home this time I noticed that not only did the spoiler still rattle there were parts missing from the front from the FIRST trip! I called them up and they didn't even have the parts there. They had to order them. That means they never intended to install them in the first place. I went back a third time for them to install them after two weeks of waiting and told them the spoiler stills rattles. They got adhesive all over my trunk and never even cleaned it up. They sent the car home and the same thing. I spoke to the manager Marcel Lemon who assured me he would get it fixed then assured me it was fixed and he even personally test drove the car. Got the car back from them a FOURTH time and guess what? That's right, it still rattles just as bad as before. Not only that but they never even reinstalled the trunk carpet! Not only did they not fix the problem they left stuff just laying in the trunk.
The manager Marcel Lemon lied to me and committed fraud.
They billed progressive insurance for work and parts that they never did or installed.

The Chapman Collision center on Bell Road has committed FRAUD against me and against Progressive insurance. I took my car there FOUR times to get the spoiler fixed and they still havent fixed it. They got adhesive on my trunk so I took it back to them to clean it up, they got the adhesive off but they scratched the trunk lid. They didnt even put the carpet kit back in, I had to do it.They billed Progressive insurance for work that never got done and for parts that they never even ordered. They would have gotten away with it too if I didnt wash the car by hand.I have filed with the BBB and named Marcel Lemmon personally for the FRAUD he has committed against me and my insurance company since they wont fix my car properly.

The Chapman Chevy in Yuma Arizona offers the poorest service department in the United States. They lie and take advantage of customers. The have charged over $1000 and replaced parts that didn't need replacing. Still same electrical problems. I would not buy a spark plug from this dealer. I would give a no star rating if I could.

Terrible experience! Bought a car yesterday. Still do nothave possession. I have had to call them to get any information. Still do not know when the car is going to be turned over to us. I AM READY TO CANCEL THE DEAL!!!Wow, problem solved! Thank you Kevin Deporter, you saved the day for me and Chapman. I now have different and much better vehicle. I'm a happy camper.

I purchased my first new BMW in 1984 and have been a loyal custom ever since. We currently own three BMWs, two X3s and one X5. We purchased two of the three within the past two years from Chapman BMW of Chandler. We had great purchasing experiences with Sales Manager Steven Foster and Salesman Steve Burgess. With our most recent purchase we also dealt with the finance sales manager Farris Gunning, which is the reason for our current issue.

We had such a great experience working with Andre! We test drove some cars but they didn’t have exactly what we wanted so he suggested we build what we wanted. We did just that and within about 8 weeks they surprised me with the arrival of our beautiful blue BMW 3!! Thank you Andre!! You and the whole Chapman team we’re awesome, Bob, Kathy and Mickey!!
