I was able to finally participate in a study back in October, and had a wonderful experience. I made a couple good friends while there for four nights, and had great experiences with the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful, making sure everyone understood how things would be going while we were there. I look forward to doing more studies with Celerion in the future!

Don’t come unless you’re local. They’ll screen over 50 ppl just to keep around 12 for their studies and they DON’T PAY ANYTHING FOR YOUR SCREENING TIME!

If you are caucasian and/or non vaccinated (jabbed) don't bother showing up. A care team member mentioned to a friend of mine (whom also does studies there) that they are only taking vaccinated people now. So unvaxed people, you're s.o.l. They cater to Cubans and vaccinated people only now.

Pharmacy department is amazing! Working as a clinical research scientist PharmD is a niche role and Celerion allows you to succeed

I highly recommend this place. The staff members are great, extremely helpful through the process; safety and protocols followed for your benefit, you will be in good hands. No matter which facility you choose, Arizona, or Nebraska you'll find professional and friendly staff and doctors, delicious meals and lots of things to do to past the time away. It's a paid vacation, you'll have a great time!

Unprofessional, rude Mexican staff. Many of their trials are also VERY DANGEROUS. Some have a high probability of ruining the eye directly and come are risky for cancer. Their call backs aren't reliable either. ALEA and others are much better and more welcoming staff.

I would just like to give a shout out to the entire Celerion Staff for the warm and genuine care and concern towards the study subjects. The culture here among the staff, from custodial and laundry to study coordinators, screening, medical staff, and care team far surpass any other facility in which I have previously participated. (This is my first stay here) The dedication to excellence and professionalism by the staff clearly indicates that upper management invests interest into having a positive environment for all who are involved with the research and commitment to science and health.A few names certainly deserve recognition. The following people either went above their scope of responsibilities or simply just provided a great experience because of their professionalism; Juan the phlebotomist, all the ECG techs, Anthony and the Kitchen Staff, the gentlemen in maintenance who really kept the floors clean, Anita Cassaza-Bolton in the volunteer relations care team, as well as Alexis in the care team, Nathan, Skylar, Tait, Carla and many others whose names escape my thoughts now.

Staff here is rude and unfair. Spent about 5 trials here and only met one nice staff member. Hailey was super nice and kind and helpful compared to the other rude phlebotomists. Sadly she's not there anymore and the unorganization of the is place continues

Very racist i would suggest not going to the Celeron in Phoenix if your black good luck on getting in. They target blacks, and natives to get you kicked out. 70% of THIER employees are Mexican. I been going since 2016 always had issues. Why do you think they are the only Celeron with a competition call in, so they can tell there family members to call in a couple minutes earlier. It's a shame that you can't do a study out of fairness. I would never go back to that Celeron i rather go all the way to Nebraska. I have videos of one of there staff members opening a door to grab a bag for someone that was participating in a study. I don't know what was in the bag, but that is unsafe. Try it for yourself to see. I would suggest the Nebraska site.

If you’re not Hispanic, good luck. There’s an unapologetically, shameless attempt to eliminate non-Hispanic volunteers at this location. To top it off, retaliation at Celerion is rampant. If you can’t check-in, decide to not participate, need to reschedule, etc., they will secretly make marks against you in your profile and will not notify you so that you can’t dispute it or correct “accidents”.
