Just got my 2019 Hyundai Sonata from Carvana and fell in love… When I first got her, I didn’t like the look to her because I’m so used to Hondas But I remember the guy James, who dropped her off to me saying well you have seven days to return her if you don’t like her, you can return it… but you might just fall in love with her… And falling in love with her is what I did. Her name is now angel thank you Carvana

Extremely disappointed with overall experience with Carvana. As a CARMAX patron, I was hesitant to purchase vehicle and boy was my guy right. CARVANA sold vehicle in subpar condition including “absolutely disgusting, filthy condition” carbon filter, back rotors replacement required, past due on transmission fluid maintenance as per manufacturer, all tires were 8-12 lower than PSI. Purchased October 7 th and as of December 16th, I still do not have vehicle registration and temporary plates are set to expire the 18th. Now mind you this is the extended temporary plates as original temporary expired November 22. I’ve initiated all contact with try customer service and l received limited follow up however I am giving two stars as representative is professional and is confident there will be a resolution in the next few weeks. I’m not sure whether to be thankful or more suspicious of unsolicited Uber voucher & transportation stipend for WHEN plate expires two days from now. Hope to have an update soon. stay tuned.

We were offered a fair price for our car. The fellow who came to picked up the car could not have been kinder nor more professional.

I bought a car from carvana I took the car to a place they told me there was over 5000 worth of repairs that needed done and that the car was dangerous I got a itemized list repairs that need to be done be careful of carvana there lying about inspecting their cars

Found car I wanted and it was delivered on time but if there are issues, they are not flexible. We wanted to pick up car instead of getting it delivered and they said they would have to release my delivery date before they could check for a pick up date. So if I released and the pickup dates didn’t work, I couldn’t get my delivery date back. This is really poor customer service. Then the driver tells me the rare license plate holder is broken and that they would come to my house to fix but then Carvana said I have to take the vehicle in to a dealer. Total pain on a new car.

I was very happy with the process of selling my car to Carvana. I worked with Ryan, who was very personable. I took care of most of the paperwork online before coming in. Once I was there I was in and out within 30 minutes. Now, I am just waiting for my check, which I am told direct deposits within 1-2 days.
