“Where do I even begin....
From the moment i got on the phone with David and consult with about my vehicle damages that happened back in Janaury 2024, I was well taken care of by David. In his ad posting on waiving the deductible or giving a loaner car (up to $1500 value), he was able to take off my deductible that I was DREADING to pay especially when it came to a minor accident and caused my weather damages. With the uniqueness of my situation, David was on top of it and made sure to give me updates every week about my vechile and where its at.
Total time it took to get my car back was a month BUT i will say confidently this was not in any fault for David and Sons Collisions. My adjuster took forever to come out and due to insurance companies being very busy with the recent hurricanes in multiple states, it has created a back log for my insurance company for other states. Luckily, my adjuster was able to come out and make sure the damages noted were fixed in a timely manner to which David could begin his work. He even went ABOVE AND BEYOND on a certain repair that the adjuster missed on my estimate with no extra cost. I can truly say that this experience, despite the insurance company, being top notch. You get every penny and dollar worth out of their service they provide and on top of that they truly care for you to be back on the road safely. When picking up my vehicle, it looked like as if i never got into an accident (slight fender bender ) and was an amazing feeling to get back into my car after using an older loaner car a friend that was king enough to lend me.
David was kind enough to jump my battery as it was dead and I was set from there on, i was truly a happy camper.

They completed in exactly an hour. Received a comprehensive report. Wes, the person at the desk answered all my questions. No pressure to perform additional work. Told him my rear break pads were getting near the yellow point. Told me I had 2 to 3 oil change intervals before I need to be concerned. This will be my go to place for my car service.”
“I have been working with Valerie for quite a few years especially when she was at the other location in Chandler. I decided to follow her to Tempe when she was relocated as I am very comfortable working with her and her attention to detail. Just finished with another one of my vehicles, an Acura TL that had been ran hard into a curb and needed to be set straight before any components were replaced. The vehicle came to me in perfectly square condition and ready for the new subframe and suspension to be installed. I will continue coming here as long as the top notch customer service is there. “My car was hit and it broke the lower grill and messed up the bumper finish from impact. Dropped it off Friday. And Lexy had me leave it since I noticed fluid. They tested the a/c and checked the radiator to make sure no damage was done. They also replaced the lower grill, repainted bumper, fixed the nasty California plate holes that were a eyesore, and fixed a dent in the door for me! I had my car back in three days!!! By far top notch service. I received text messages of the progress, and estimate. I received a packet for record of the work completed. Which is guaranteed.
