The app messages you to say that the room is ready so when you come to check in, the front desk lets you know that was incorrect and you still may need to wait 2 hours for the room. Very frustrating and not accommodating at all!

I enjoyed a dinner with fellow leadership in for a site visit. The good was excellent and the service was A1. I did not stay in the hotel.

Great hotel across from ASU. Service was fantastic. The room was clean and modern. Great shower. My only complaints were the pillows which dissolved under my head and the concrete floor in the room. Lastly, since it is along a busy road, it can be noisy at times.

Stopped in for a day at the pool and it was so clean with great views. Magda helped us at the front desk and was amazing!! She had amazing customer service!

Toilet was clogged upon arrival at 2am, complimentary socks were missing, shower had 2 loose tiles and drained slowly, bathroom conditioner bottle was empty and express food and beverage bag program was not delivered. After mentioning all these things to front desk in the morning expecting for everything to be resolved, only the toilet and conditioner issues were resolved. Very nice looking rooms and facilities but lacks the level of service and management style for this "luxury" brand of hotel. To top things off, I tried to take advantage of their grab and go breakfast and it never got delivered and room never got cleaned one day even after requesting it.

Decent spot. My only gripe was the restaurant downstairs was getting busy and the staff really struggled through it both audibly and visibly. It took a while for a refill and the check.

I don’t know how this hotel is a 4 stars hotel. When I first arrived with my luggages I was clearly there to check in, and the two front desk employees completely ignored me. I looked around and finally went to them to see if they were the ones who would check me in. No welcome, no thank you, nothing. The room was okay except the floors are old and carpets are dirty. There isn’t even a mini refrigerator. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way and the ice maker in the hallway had no ice or cold water. My biggest problem was the cleaning. I could tell the previous guests hair type by just looking at the bathroom wall. Also, I put a towel on the bathroom floor to not slip after shower and left there. When I got back from outside, the towel I left on the floor was literally hanging right on top of the other towel I used to dry off. Who takes the towel from the floor and hang it on the wall???? After checking out I found out my flight had a long delay so I went to a different hotel around and got way better room for the same price.

My bartender Sophie was amazing. So fun, friendly and knew her stuff. A true professional. Would come back just for the service she provided. A great asset to the team at the roof
