I had a fantastic experience at this service center. The mechanics demonstrated impressive expertise, and Jordan was incredibly friendly throughout the process. David, the manager, made sure my car received top-notch care. The complimentary snacks and the cozy lounge made my wait even more pleasant. I won't be taking my car anywhere else!

Was here for a day from Boston visiting my son. Wouldn’t you know….car problems! Called Gemba and spoke to David who said he could see the car today. Yay. He fit us in and replaced our dead battery and we went on our way. Great customer service and very pleasant to deal with! Thank you David!

We gave them the car to fix they said 440 we said ok, they gave us the car back. The 2end day driving the car over heat again, he said they couldn't do anything unless we pay another 440, we got scamed lost the car money time all. This place is not recolemded.

Grandson took my car to Gemba Automotive, it needed an oil change , running a little rough. David was true to the estimate on $$ and when it would be done. Now my car has her own name Paloma Blanca ? Thank You David & the Team at Gemba Automotive.
