Very rude people. Half wash your car always saying it's a scratch when it's literally dirt or bugs that you pay extra to have removed. Owner doesn't take accountability or correct staff. He talks about tipping when I paid $40 for service and $180 previously for special protection on my new vehicle. In which they didn't armor all my insides like I paid for.

Just wow. Showed up to get my truck washed today.
I was asked what package I wanted. I normally get a high end package which they charge like $85 for.
Today I just needed a quick touch up and asked the owner for the Gold Package that was advertised on the sign for $24.99. The owner informed me it would be $75 for the basic package. I corrected him and said no I just wanted the $24.99 package.
He put his hand up, waved no, said goodbye and walked away.
Make sure you get the pricing before you leave your vehicle. As I thought back on it I realized that the packages I had requested before were $49 packages. Yet they've been charging the $85.

It’s really a hit or miss here, The prices keep changing because they give you random numbers every time you come, I understand you are trying to make a living but be more ethical about it. There are some days the car gets aired out really well and they take care of most of the drips but other days they don’t even bother to clean the windshield properly and so many watermarks throughout the car.

Don't tip until you see inside of your car prices are very high for owner to not care about the work I'm so disappointed I could show pictures but someone has showed the same sad

I paid $35 for an interior service only, which I thought was pricey. As you can see in the pictures, they haven’t even wiped/cleaned the obvious spots. They were done with my car within 10 minutes and just seemed to want me out of there as quickly as possible. DO NOT recommend this place.

Needed a last minute detail and was referred here by auto body shop next door via the auto glass shop on Broadway down the road. Gave me an INCREDIBLE deal and outstanding work. Told them I am selling my car and they got it showroom ready! They also have daily specials and I will be taking my other vehicles here regularly. I am grateful to have found this place so close by. Highly recommend! Thank you Jeff, the owner!

Had the chance to stop by and experience an excellent car wash by hand for the. Inside and outside. Reasonable prices and they have a full detail option that we will use when spring rolls around. The people who work here were friendly and hel0ful - they explained the.options from the least expensive all the way up to full detail. When the car was done - it looked 100% better and was CLEAN !!!!!! Thank you! ?

Absolutely charming staff. The environment is relaxing and welcoming. The staff takes their time to recommend products and services. The waiting area is covered and offers drinks and snacks for purchase. I started coming here about 8 years ago, in spite of the bad reviews, because the front not bumper cover on my car was too loose to go through mechanical car washes. The owners are a usually kind couple and I be supporting small local businesses. I always left a nice tip for the work done on my all Toyota Yaris. The owner just told me off as he argued with me that my Toyota Yaris is an SUV, apparently because it's a hatchback. So I politely told him not to vacuum the back...no big deal, right? Wrong. This is the same guy who once tried to sneak a $15 charge on my bill because of the dog fur. I thought we had an understanding that my car will have dog fur and really doesn't need extra vacuuming. Apparently not. As I was trying to understand his anger at me, he walked away. I tried to understand why he was so rude to me today. Maybe he's already having a bad day, who knows. I have often noticed that he is quite grumpy. His wife has always been kind. I will miss seeing her kind face, but I will take my money elsewhere. How sad that he was so willing to let a good customer go so easily.
