Great experience with Brightwood Collision on the repair of my Tesla Model 3. My rear bumper and trunk look brand new! From intake through delivery, their communication was excellent. Expectations were clearly set and exceeded; I always knew the status of my vehicle repairs. They are part of USAA’s STARS network, so handling of insurance matters was effortless. Their coordination with Enterprise Rent-A-Car made pickup and return of my rental car super easy and convenient. Bonus - my car was cleaner at pickup than it was when I dropped it off.

Everyone at Brightwood was fantastic. The experience was wonderful (unlike with the insurance company!)
They’ll get your car fixed as fast as they can and they do a great job of explaining things along the way.

One of the WORST experiences I have had with a collision center. The experience with a Tesla has been atrocious. Not only did this take an extremely long time, the vehicle was "completed" in horrible quality. My vehicle came back with multiple items not fixed and this was a simple fender bender.
Customer service has been average. Response time from the team is good, but their resolution on anything they promise is poor. I am still waiting. To hear back for next steps 2/3 weeks after the vehicle was returned to me. Had high hopes for the team, do not accept your vehicle back even with the promise of "oh we will take care of that later for you".

This place is absolutely incredible. My brand new 2023 Tesla model Y was rear ended suffering significant damage. Brightwood stood by me throughout the long process and delivered results beyond expectation. Car is again like brand new. From the service advisor, Insurance coordinator, to back and front office folks and all the technicians BIG thank you!

Horrible experience! Taking my vehicle to Brightwood has been a complete nightmare! Please don’t waste your time and much less your money at this place! There was little to no communication on my vehicle. I took it in, in November of 2023 and it’s April of 2024 and still no response. Joe had such a nasty and rude attitude and simply never did his job. After talking to him multiple times about my concerns he laughed at them each and every time. It always felt like talking to a brick wall! My car was released with the same issue it was brought in with. Joe told me he wasn’t going to give me my money back and that I simply had to wait. I finally got ahold of the office manager that thankfully actually did her due diligence and was able to refund me for the job that was never done. Please save yourself from this place.
