We are so glad our kids are going to this school, especially after a really bad experience with another Preschool! We are so thankful for all the teachers and staff, for making their earlier school experience so much enjoyable and fun!Our oldest child also attended another Bright Horizons facility 5 years ago, and now our two younger kids are attending the one at Research Park, and honestly, the high quality is just the same here as it was years ago. Thank you for never disappointing us!

I can’t possibly express what a positive impact this school (and another bright horizons in general) has had on my son.I believe he started when he was around 7 months old. He left a little after turning 5 though he flipped flopped between this BH and another one. The quality of education provided by BH is unmatched. I truly believe you can’t receive an education more focused, data driven, and personalized than at Bright Horizons. We have since moved pretty far from this facility, but with our new baby on the way our hope is to bring the next kid to BH because we really wouldn’t want him to go anywhere else.

My kiddos have been a part of the Bright Horizons family for over 8 years. They are loving, supportive, and transparent in their practices and doing what is best for the children. I would highly recommend this location any time parents are trying to decide on where to put their kids for a safe and education focused daycare experience. Your children will leave here reading at an above grade reading level and be socially ready for their next chapter in elementary school.

If you're looking for a great place to take your babes and LO's, I cannot say enough good things about Bright Horizons at ASU Research Park. The staff is top-notch! Their safety measures are innovative and commendable. There is literally nowhere else that I want to take my kid.#Iwasnotpaidforthisadvertisement #Bright Horizons Family Center at ASU Research Park

The staff truly care about the children. It is like a big extended family, with lots of Aunties and cousins helping out. The facility is clean and all the classrooms are bright and sunny. The location is convenient and with it right next to a pond, children get to see the ducks all the time.

Scheduled a Zoom tour and also confirmed my appointment online per their reminder email instructions. Arrived for my COVID safe Zoom tour and waited for 15 minutes for someone to show up, but no one ever did. Wrote an email asking about the tour and never heard back. Highly unprofessional. Please learn from my mistake and don't waste your time here.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons since he was 18 months old and absolutely loves it! I can't say enough good things about this location. He says that he is going to his teacher's house when we take him--that is how "at home" he feels! He is gaining great social skills and peer interaction, and gets more attention than he would at other facilities because their ratio is 5:1. He also gets healthy, organic meals and snacks throughout the day (that I don't have to provide!!).From a parent's perspective, I love that they use an app to keep us informed throughout the day and have an emergency response system in place that is regularly tested. Thanks to the app I know what he has eaten, when he is sleeping, and what activities he worked on during the day. I also get reminders when he is running low on diapers or wipes. But the notifications with pictures of his smiling face are a highlight for me at work!!I also love that the facility is incredibly safe and clean. They have a locked gate, a key-coded entry front door, and a staffed reception desk in order to get in. Everyone knows my name, and my child's name, even those who are not in charge of his daily care. The rooms are always clean (which is amazing) and they pay close attention to personal hygiene.I found Bright Horizons after researching day care facilities through the Arizona State Licensing website and loved that I could see how well-maintained this facility is before we even toured it. You are not going to find a facility with 0 violations--but this facility did a great job where it counts (employee finger print cards, labeled medications, signed check out forms, etc.) You can check them out yourself and compare them to other facilities to see the difference.Overall, I highly recommend Bright Horizons in Tempe!

I called Bright Horizons and talked to Patricia Widders (the Director), we scheduled a tour. I arrived to Bright Horizons. She said did Lacey (assistant director) sent you an email letting you know we most likely don’t have openings? I didn’t received an email. Imagine my frustration. Patricia Widders said “I will email you tomorrow to let you know if we have or not have openings”. Of course she didn’t send me an email. I was waiting all day long. I called Bright Horizons, they said “Patricia left for the day, I will call Patricia”. The lady got my name and number. About an hour after she called me and said “Patricia will send you and email today”. I didn’t get an email. I sent an email the next day to Patricia. She said they didn’t have openings and made a bunch of excuses for her and Lacey. My frustration is that if they didn’t have any openings why she scheduled a tour and no one communicated that to me. She ended up saying that I can call in July to see if they have openings when they all were very aware I wanted my kids to start asap. In first place I sent an email to Lacey last week and she didn’t ever answer.

The worse customer service ever....they put you on hold for the longest times and then it hangs up and blame the customer.

Beyond amazing! I knew from the moment I stepped into the facility (pregnant) that this was THE place for our family. The staff answered all of our new parent questions and made us feel at ease. From there our experience has only gotten even more amazing each day! Our child is so loved, cared for and is learning so much beyond what we ever imagined. The curriculum is TOP NOTCH; the staff and teachers are BEYOND wonderful; the experiences my child has are OVER THE TOP! I can't say enough about Bright Horizons Family Center at ASU Research Park (except how can they create an elementary and high school program so we never have to leave!).

If you are looking for a school for your infant to kinder prep.... you can stop here. I have seriously looked at over 20 centers and I can’t find one that compares to what you get here. I drive 25 minutes out of my way so my kids can attend this school. The main teachers have more longevity than most. They truly care about the kids. It’s like an extended family. They are modern, clean and have an excellent curriculum. Not only do they teach math, Spanish, art at a young age, they teach social skills. The director is super real, honest and does everything she can to accommodate your needs. You get what you pay for and you will pay more here. But you also get so much more in return. Both my kids go here and love the school so much. It’s a perfect fit for our family.

The best day care ever! They have great education program for kids, it looks like every day they do a new thing! A lot of art, reading, dancing and even yoga! Very nice teachers as well! We have been at this day care for 1.5 years and recommend it to all our friends!

Amazing place with even more fantastic staff. Our family loves it here. We just welcomed another member to the family and I'm so happy to know he'll be well taken care of.

We’ve felt so at ease leaving our daughter here since day one! Teachers and administrative staff care so much about everyone individually. As a new parent, they’ve always shown such great support to us and our daughter. Can’t say enough about them!

My wife and I are picky. Our parents watched the baby for 9 months, then we tried a couple nannys which wasn't the same as our parents. We checked all the daycares within a 10 mile radius from our house. We narrowed it down to Bright Horizons and another. We were unhappy with the first daycare after less than a month and decided to give bright horizons a try instead. This Bright Horizons has been great to us from day 1. Our daughter has been there for 3 months now and is enjoying it more every day. We are increasingly impressed with the fun activities, daily emails with pictures, and friendly staff. It's a little pricey compared to other places but is definitely worth it. Highly recommended.
