Cynthia was very nice and helpful. I stopped coming to this location because the employees were rude. They need to hire more caring employees like Cynthia, she went above and beyond.

I love boxlunch so much for what it stands for as well as the selection and quality of unique stuff. I just took one star out as lately its almost taken over by Disney which isnt my thing. The anime selection is tiny this year, which is what I come in for.

People that are hiring are unprofessional and don't know nothing they didn't wanted to give me my pick up order because they didn't do Screen shots or emails something stupid that I have never heard in no other store so I had to called actual corporate Box Lunch for them to give me my order which the guy I talked to said the same thing that he has never heard they don't do Screenshot or emails that it was dumb

This stuff is cool but the pricing is insane. I purchased $140 in some mystery bags and when I totaled up the value it wasn’t even the full value of what I paid. Ruined the whole point. You’re supposed to get more than what you paid, not less. Was actually shorted $10 or more. Thats not even including the sales running on the items I paid full value for so that would be even less. At least another $30 off. Honestly a massive scam, don’t do it. . If even one person reads this and it saves them from buying it then I’ll be glad. Save your money. Just buy stuff on sale you’ll get a better deal and you’ll get what you want.It was all pretty lame items.. magnets. One cup. One socks. Key chain. Pins…. No shirts or clothing or anything. Pretty sure it was all crap that nobody wanted to buy they threw into a big and didn’t even discount it. Not sure if the person making them screw up or if they are always trash. Both bags sucked. Even my boyfriend was immediately pointed out I was scammed and said they ripped me off big time. Could tell he felt bad for me after I opened them and got almost nothing. huge let down
