Walked into as is section and left with an amazing deal on a table and chairs. Elias was a huge help and so were the guys that helped me load up. Great experience!! Glad I happen to walk in !!

Great place. Lots of stuff to browse. I saw a console I liked online so I was dying to view more. Check out their website! The employees are so friendly and very helpful. Marlin was my guy and he was fun and efficient.
Go to Bob's. You will find something for sure!

Able provided excellent customer service! He thoroughly described all of the features of the furniture that we picked and then walked us through the finance process. I highly recommend Able and will definitely be contacting him for all of our future furniture needs.

This is a complaint against BobsFurniture delivery experience.
I had a scheduled Flex Time on Thursday , which is today, and wasn’t made aware or the time they would be coming . I was hoping later in the day . Well I was told that the driver would call to let me know they were on the way . I did not receive a call until driver was there 8:25 Am I arrive 8:38 I am on the phone with customer service and the driver is Parked I see his truck . I get out my car and wave at him to let him know it’s me , he literally drives off , I let representative know and he tried to contact driver . The call rep lets me know he will not be returning even though he saw me . Claims he was outside for 15 minutes which was not true. This was a horrible experience, literally a waste of everyone’s time.
The phone rep stated they created an escalation and the drivers manager will reach out to me , I will leave an update when provided. Till then , 0 stars.
Update : After this incident , I did not receive a call back from the manager but I did get in touch with customer support , and they were able to get it delivered the next day even though they were completely booked . The customer support team was amazing through and though . I was more so just upset with the process of the delivery and how it was handled in the moment.
I was reached out to through the BBB by the company and they were willing to compensate and I do appreciate that. So I will give 4 stars based on how amazing there customer support team is and also how the company took accountability and was willing to provide a solution.
And they never delivered on there promise , this was absolutely horrible
