I have been casually searching for a new vehicle for a little while now. Throughout my searches I noticed that the Bill Luke Family of dealerships consistently had the most competitive prices on vehicles. I went to several locations to check out vehicles and test drive. I met many wonderful sales reps. What you will find in the Bill Luke Family is very low pressure people that really do care about your experience that you have at their dealership. There was a vehicle at the Bill Luke - Alfa Romeo & Fiat located in Tempe. The car was very competitively priced. When I arrived I was greeted by a very Friendly face, Robert Turner. Robert was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle. He was a pleasure to spend time and went above and beyond when it came to work the deal. He had a low, no pressure attitude, really cared about finding the right vehicle. I am very satisfied with my experience at the dealership and especially Robert. I would highly recommend that you take your car shopping experience to Bill Luke Tempe and ask for Robert Turner.

I'd give them 0 if I could. They add 3 grand to sticker prices during business hours. Thier website is full of false information to get you in the door. Ridiculous. Not even sure if it's legal but they wouldn't honor the night price soo I said no thank you. Here's your warning to buy elsewhere. You're getting jipped.

Robert Turner was a great salesperson and very knowledgeable. He educated us through the process and we purchased a used vehicle from him. The Finance Manager was able to reduce our expenses and interest rates! Wonderful experience for us!

Had a good experience with Bill Luke in Tempe. Elias was helpful in getting a deal that worked for me. Brandon in the Finance department was also very informative. I felt good about my purchase and they’ve been helpful in following up with me on questions I've had afterwards.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We recently bought a used IONIQ 5 here and not only was it a bargain, they also provided us with a second key after purchase even though they did not have to. Thank you so so much Bill Luke Tempe, we really appreciate the great price and service you gave us. They have hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and even popcorn all complimentary also. We bought from Hector for those wondering. Thank you once again. ??

My experience with Bill Luke Tempe was both deceptive, unprofessional, and utterly frustrating. I purchased a vehicle from them on 7/29, assured by the sales manager, Adam, that it had passed emissions. They said they didn’t have enough time to do the detail before I came to sign papers and pick it up, so they wrote up a “We owe you”detail and told me to bring it in. I also realized the tint that they had previously done on the back windshield was all bubbly and they informed me that they’d do both the detail and tint (which was under their mandatory warranty) together.
However, when I dropped off the car on 8/5 for a simple detail and back window tint, I was informed that the vehicle was actually failing emissions and they’d need to send it to Nissan and keep it for the following 24-48 hours. The dealership then proceeded to keep my car for a week and a half, from 8/5 to 8/16, and during that time, they took it to Nissan multiple times and drove it to one of their staff member’s home, claiming it was necessary to meet emissions requirements. All of this proved to add approximately 540 miles to the odometer from the day that I dropped it off to the day they told me I could pick it up.
They did arrange for a rental car during this extended time that they had my vehicle, but when I asked about why I was lied to/misled about the emissions, they claimed that it was because “it had an ‘Emissions Ok’ sticker on the windshield that was misplaced.” This explanation does not excuse the lack of clear and honest communication throughout this entire process. Despite the major inconvenience and blatant deception, their only offer of compensation was a free oil change and the sales manager, Adam, made it very clear in a text to me that he did not intend to make this right. (And yes, I have saved all the messages and emails)
This dealership’s disregard for transparency and professionalism is alarming, to say the least. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.
