Pam and Claudia seem miserable they have a nasty attitude about them. Pam followed us around the store pretending to shop, then at the register;My 70 yr old mom was sharing her concerns about buying a pet carrier that appeared to have scratches on it and Claudia in a very nasty sarcastic tone tells my mother that it'll have scratches on it anyway after a pet gets in it .. I won't be shopping here again, this was my first and last time.

We spent almost $1300.00 on a Broyhill sofa and the cushions are coming apart at the zipper seams and it is less than 2 years old. We have never had an inferior product with other sofa brands we have purchased over the years.
