I would never recommend Best Buy to anyone what a shit company they will sell you a oled tv with the wrong tv mount and when the tv mount breaks and your tv falls off the wall during Super Bowl they tell you that you can rent a truck and return it then when you get there they after spending over $100 to rent a truck they say you're shit out of luck and continue to give you attitude worst management and just terrible people

I am grateful for the help that I received at Tempe Marketplace Best Buy. I bought a 4 k television online, and the photos of the wall mounting screw pattern in the rear of the TV were poor. When I asked Richard from Customer Service if he could get a better picture of the rear of the TV ( they didn't have any open boxes), he referred me to Nick. Nick checked the pictures and decided that we needed to check the TV because he thought the pattern looked odd. We carefully removed the TV from the box and found the bolt pattern to be different than any other TV they had. Nick recommended another TV with a excellent picture and the correct mounting pattern, and Richard completed the return and I had my TV. Thanks again for your excellent teamwork. Rick

I recently had to upgrade my televisions in my luxurious RV. I ordered online for a pickup at the Tempe Marketplace store. At the store I spoke with Richard from customer service, and he was able to answer most of my concerns, but he knew that Nick could answer everything I required before purchasing the 4 k television. With Nick's help, we were able to determine some mounting issues and he recommended a different 4 k TV that would enable me to use my existing and very expensive retractable mount. I was grateful for their expertise, and highly recommend this store. Rick Sacks

I was asking the specialty sales manager about car audio and remote starter installations along side a Geek Squad rep - they were clueless about the accuracy of services offered. I was asking questions about the Best Buy Plus and Total membership cost benefits to the purchase of my audio upgrades. I was prepared to purchase today, but when I told them ‘no’ the quality of service declined.

I came in to have the GeekSquad check out my Chromebook and my HP laptop. The Geek rep answered my questions and got me as far as he could before the service would cost me anything. He also informed me of the paid services that I'd be interested in. He was really friendly, and I saw him handle a very distraught customer in front of me in a calm and professional manner. I forgot his name, unfortunately. I'm only giving 3 stars because the wait in line was very long even though the line was really small.
