Went in to get my son a gaming headset and was asked multiple times if I needed help which I didn't because I knew what I was going in for. Checking out was a breeze no line, in and out in less than 5 minutes probably a record for me now that I think about it. Hahaha

Came in to buy a soundbar for my gaming setup, ended up not having the right input for the soundbar so I come back to ask for help. Get told to buy another different wire in the hopes that it works, that didn’t work either so I return the soundbar and wire. Paid partly in Visa cards and wouldn’t even get reimbursed in store credit or anything, just a complete waste of time and money. Amazon Rules!

Tried to call and ask a question about a product but the automated phone system was aggravating and wouldn’t connect me with anyone. Ended up hanging up and will just buy it somewhere else.

Customer service was delightful today! They had a great sense of humor. They explained everything about the return and then made the transaction. It was so nice to be treated like a good, respectable, and kind person. They also gave us smiles. I can't remember any other time that I've been happy with the service at Customer Service. They lifted our spirits!
Every other customer-service desk clerk I've dealt with treats me like I'm just a pain in the butt for taking up their time, They rush through, with very little eye contact and certainly not a smile.
Thank you for making it a good experience.

Would mark ZERO if possible.
Went into the Tempe marketplace Best Buy on 5/27 to check out the Memorial day sales on Keyboards.
As I was walking through the store I came across a Logitech endcap with a keyboard on sale that caught my eye.
This keyboard was well stocked up under a price tag of $44.95, so I grabbed one and headed straight for the front check out.
When I approached the cashier, she scanned my item and to my shock it was nearly three times as much as the price tag on the floor. When I asked about what could be done since they clearly failed to stock their items in the right locations, instead of getting a manager to assist, she said to go back to the computers department and wait at the registers there for someone to help me.
As I waited in the back of the store by the registers in the computer department, a Dell computer rep walked over and asked if I had any questions about the keyboard I had in my hand. After I told him I wanted to purchase this but the price was incorrectly posted under where it was stocked, he asked to go see where this was and didn't offer any solutions to the problem. Instead of grabbing a manager, he just said "You'll need to find a manager if you want to talk about the price issue." Then followed up with "I'm not a Best Buy employee."
SO then I walked up to a Best Buy employee to talk about this.
This employee ALSO hit me with "You'll need to find a manager about this issue." Then sort of shrugged at me, with no actual solutions.
This whole experience was incredibly frustrating and I put the keyboard back and walked off. It doesn't seem right to me that an entire stock of a product would be placed under the wrong price without them honoring that said sticker price. How frustrating it is to think every time I want to know the price of something I'll have to scan every item in best buy to make sure their employee's placed it in the correct spot. 0/10 experience.
I guess I'll be buying my keyboard somewhere else.

Bought PlayStation that stoped working after one month . I came back and the customer representative Sam and his manger Ryan told me there’s nothing they can do and go talk to Sony , I asked him to help with their contact info or somone there to help me with my PlayStation , he said there’s nothing he can do . I wouldn’t buy anything from this place again
