Bonnie was great, found what we wanted and price was competitive. Best part delivery was $35.00 by far the least expensive we found. Plus we had before 9am the next day. Definitely recommend and will use again.

I had a great and fast experience at this location. I needed a twin size mattress. Bonne showed me exactly what I needed and it was delivered the very next day...just like Bonne said.

It is unfortunate when an employee of a retail store has to ask a customers to come back later because they are not open yet even if the hours are posted. Unfotunatly some customers get angry and make unfair assumptions. Employees have many things to do before they can open for business. An employee can lose their job by not following protocols. Please understand all businesses have hours of operations don't put employees in difficult positions they have a family to feed and take care of also. Stop the assumptions. If someone does not say inflammatory things you shouldn't make them up . Remember most stores are recording you. .

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. However in order to submit my experience I had to rate it at 1 star. I just move to Arizona (only been in the state 5 hours) from California. Decided to drive around the local area and make myself familiar with the town. I noticed an open sign flashing in the window and decided to stop in to take a look as I am looking to purchase 3 beds today. I opened the door and proceeded to turn left to walk down the aisle to browse. The older blonde sales lady shouted out to me that they were closed. Her tone rude, sharp, and disgusted that i walked in. When I asked her what time they were open she proceeded to tell me to go read the door. I told her I was brand new to the state and from California most times a sign is lit and doors are unlocked it meant a business was open. She then felt the need to tell me that she was waiting for people in the back and that most people read doors before entering in a business and that a turned on "open" sign means nothing. I asked her why so rude? We all make mistakes. She than had the nerve to say she had not been rude. I let her know I would not be returning and that I would yelping my experience. Her only reaponse was to let me know I am some kind of lady. I really felt it was due to me being black. Sad thing is I relocated to AZ for work and was given money to furnish my home and could have possibly done so at Beds America. The only color of money is green and it all spends the same. My company is relocating hundreds of people to the Chandler area and I will make sure everyone employeed within my company knows. Racism needs to stop. Be ashamed of yourself!

Apparently some folks need to get some sleep before going out mattress shopping... Our experience with Bonnie at this establishment was very good. We had already been to 3 other stores that day and were narrowing down what features and firmness we liked - so she was able to steer us to several options with subtle differences to try. She was able to answer all our questions and offer opinions and features/benefits to each option we tried - both in mattresses as well as foundations. After leaving and talking things over at dinner, we returned and bought from them because their price was fair and competitive, the knowledge and way they communicate made us feel comfortable making a significant investment with them. We are pleased with the experience and thank them for all their help and service.

Well I knew what I wanted and shopped around for it. Beds America had what I wanted and it was slightly more expensive than other places but no one else nearby had it in stock. They had it in the next day and they're close to my house so I went with them. I paid about $200 more than a couple of other stores. The salesperson, Bonnie was good. She's really the best part of the experience. She wasn't the best salesperson I've dealt with but she was pleasant enough for a return visit. My biggest problem w this store was the quality. The posts of the bed I bought were missing screws and the heel was cracked. Of course I didn't know this until we built it at home. In a nutshell, quality sucked. After shopping all day long for this particular bed, i wasn't going to call them and complain. ALL SALES ARE FINAL-SORRY, NO REFUNDS says the receipt so caveat emptor (Buyer Beware), if you get a deal, you may just pay more than what you're getting for. 2 Stars for the salesperson Bonnie, otherwise, I won't buy any furniture here again.

I went into this Beds America location looking for a folding/rollaway guest bed. Their website states: "Not only is Beds America is the largest dealer of rollaway beds in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, but in all of Arizona." Well, they must be the ONLY dealer of rollaway beds in Arizona, because they had a whopping ONE rollaway bed. So glad I wasted my time. It was also overpriced ($249 and looked crappy). They had multiple sign twirlers outside advertising some huge sale, but when we went in, the salesperson didn't even greet us, and when we said what we were looking for, she told us we'd already passed it and pointed it out rather than guiding us over and being available for questions. Tell me, what's the point of having sign twirlers outside to attract business if your salesperson is just going to drive them away? Edit: A semi-literate gentleman named Jim B. informs me there is a warehouse where they have additional stock. Something he might want to tell his salespeople...
