Terrible decision. Went in for a simple front level kit. Ended up with a lot of noise on the front end, installed wrong and alignment way off. I guess that’s why I didn’t get an alignment sheet when I left the shop? Went in the second time to talk to them and all they gave me was attitude and grief. They then claim that their tech installed it wrong. Very disappointed!!!Ended up spending over $500 to have a shop fix what they didn’t do right. I didn’t bother to contact them afterwards because of the attitude that they gave me. If you want something done right, I highly recommend finding another shop to perform the work on your vehicle. No matter what the cost is. Seems like they only give love to the high dollar builds! Shame on them. I’ll never be back.

BDM Customs is awesome! Jay assisted me through the process of my set up. He revised my quote several times and explained what would work and would not work with my requests. BDM made this process easy and never was oversold on options. Solid and down to earth guys at BDM. I’m very happy with the results! Thank you!!

Nothing but good things to share about this place. I had a bad experience with a different customs shop so I went to this place after seeing all the good reviews and they are outstanding! They showed us everything the other place installed incorrectly, and were very knowledgeable. They were so personable and made me feel welcomed from the start. I will be coming here for anything and everything in the future!

What an amazing company! Such a honest company, From start to finish incredible customer service, if you want a truck/ car worked on this is the place to go! I will 1000% exclusively use BDM customs! Do yourself a favour and use BDM customs.

Brought my Chevy Suburban in to Brandon at the new BDM location on Main Street in Mesa. It was amazing working with him. He went above and beyond to diagnose my vehicle. He has integrity and amazing work ethic. Very grateful and will continue to bring my business to him.

My partner's car shut down randomly on the freeway and began smoking. We towed the car to BDM Customs where we worked with Brandon. He was helpful, kind, and went above the competition to help us in our time of need.
We only have one vehicle so it going kapooey on us had significant implications on both our lives. Brandon and his team understood our plight and worked diligently to get the car back to us timely. In addition, Brandon understood the challenges we faced and worked with us on solutions. Incredible compassion.
It's hard to find a good mechanic, better yet, a great one. We are very happy with the exceptional service, vehicle repair, and staff at BDM Customs. Thank you so much for all you do!

BDM Customs is the BEST, they lifted 4 of my trucks and did wheels and tires on my daughter car. the last lift and wheels and tires is on my 2024 GMC AT4X 1500, it's way better then it came from GMC. Mark is great as well as Jay.

Highly recommend BDM. Recently had lift and idler/pitman support installed on my '24 Chevy 2500HD and will be back for tires and wheels next. Completely satisfied with result. Jay and the staff are very knowledgeable and give solid advice and direction with what your trying to do and I don't think your going to find fairer pricing especially for quality work. Very happy to find BDM thank you.

BDM customs is the go to place for anything truck suspension (probably more actually) related. The team of people working there are professional and prices are totally fair. I have a 97 F 250 (4x2). Not every shop is willing to work on that model truck since it’s a bit old and the suspension geometry is very tricky. BDM nailed it!! Truck now drives 10X better than it did stock. Lots of work was required, but BDM did it PERFECTLY. I would trust them for any suspension type work.

BDM customs has the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced. They’ve been very accommodating for the time and quality and attention to detail. I appreciate BDM custom making things right without me even addressing it and I’m sure they lost a little money on my build for doing that and for that I recommend them for any aftermarket suspensions and customization for your vehicle they are very professional and knowledgeable of their products and will give you the best customer care. Thank you guys.
