Karen has been extremely helpful to me since early February after my Mom passed away and still helpful to me to this day. She's very sweet and very kind and very professional and in all honesty I don't know what I would have done without your help. Thank you Karen you're the best???

What wonderful customer service! Needed my debit card replaced. The branch manager was able to help me get it replaced before I had even finished my other bank business! He also had me check to make sure it worked before I left! The whole process from walking in to walking out was 5-7 minutes. I won’t go to any other location than here!

The branch manger helped me to replace a debit card. They were able to create an in house bank card, before I was finished with my other bank business. He also have me check to make sure it worked before I left. I’m not sure I have been in and out of a PNC bank before in under 5-8 minutes. Thanks for your wonderful service.

Could not have had a better experience. After much research on the soundness of various banks in my area, I made the decision to do business with PNC Bank. Karen was the banker who assisted me with opening a checking and savings account. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and did not rush the process. If you would like a satisfying banking experience, I highly recommend going to PNC Bank and seeing Karen for any of your banking needs.

I just have to say, I pulled in on a Friday and was taken care of at after 4 to open a personal bank account by Karen. I’ve called her since and will be opening a business bank for a pretty large sole proprietor business at my current location branch because of her attentiveness. I hope to receive the same. Seriously, put people first. It’s not hard. Chase bank lost my business that day. Thank you Karen.

For those who react to buildings or have CIRS: we could not go into the building. As soon as we opened the door we felt symptoms and knew it was not safe to go in. We used the outside self serve kiosk.

Not to assume like a nagging Nancy but I am incredibly unhappy with PNC Bank I miss BBVA period. I I've always had good experiences at Banks especially when it comes to opening up a new checking or getting hey current checking account worked on. Apparently at this location the employees there or at least the lady who is at the desk disregarded showing above satisfaction for customer service. I expressed to her that I desperately needed my checking account to be fixed and ask her if she would help me but she said that what we were going to do was going to take longer than 10 minutes and that she was not able to help me because that's when they got off at 2 p.m. I got to the bank as fast as I could and thought that people would be willing to show excellent customer service to an existing customer especially when they provide information stating that they are in desperate need of help and getting a new checking account because the current checking account was having major problems. The lady did state that she would be able to help me sometime Monday or Tuesday and completely disregarded the fact that there was still 10 minutes left to open up the checking account provided I was already a current customer. I'm completely unimpressed by the fact that the lady was unwilling to stay 5-10 minutes past the time that they were supposed to get off provided that I expressed my urgency for this matter and ask nicely twice. I know that I had an excellent experience with Compass Bank the guy was willing to stay late open up a checking account deposit a check and talk to me about all the good options that my checking account offered . That's why I say this experience is completely offending and leaving of me finding a new bank .I strongly urge PNC to discontinue banking and if they don't discontinue I strongly urge them to put forth more effort towards their current customers and their customer service because of the situation I am not thinking about it I am going to change Banks thank you for your mediocre customer service and your mediocre customer support.

Since this Branch has changed from BBVA to PNC I will not visit the inside of the branch. The Branch manager and employees are very rude and I use the ATM and sometimes the drive- thru if it’s a big deposit .

Great location. Friendly, helpful employees. Never busy. Awesome bank with free checking account. They have nice offers if you have a credit card, always mailing offers for personal loans and things like that. Thanks!

Change if heart to have two different bank as I'm try to get my financial STRAIGHTEN out!!
