Terrible customer service.. The online order went great but when I got there I found the product they said wasn't in stock and I asked him if they would honor the price I got online and they said they can't.. I just don't understand why it was in the store and then they said it was out of stock so they couldn't put it in my order

My Goodness! Turn your music down!!!!! This is a small store and the speakers are blaring, can't even hear your salespeople trying to tell us about the specials.

Now that we're in the -ber months of the year, I am leaning into the fall vibes. Autumn is my favorite season, so you know I love all things apple, cinnamon, and pumpkin!
I recently came across their candle sale and decided to purchase these single-wick candles despite being a three-wick candle girlie. I would have loved to have been able to purchase the Cherry Almond Shortbread candle as a three-wick, but they only had the single-wick. Oh well. I also had gotten the Candy Apple Cauldron candle and the Caramel Pumpkin Swirl. It's a vibe of soft lighting in my living room, and I love it.
Regardless, this Bath & Body Works is nice! It has large windows for natural lighting, two sinks to wash your hands and test their products, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love this location!

I went in for a pick up order I placed the day before. It waa a total of 6 items. It was not ready. No one offered to help put it together. Instead there were no less than 7 associates roaming around playing jokes on one another and flirting with the customers. I have no problem with fun at work- but when the one associate says to me "yeah we are so behind on our pick up orders" I am confused with the amount of free time they all had. Horrible customer service. I wont be back.

no one acknowledges me when i walk in. 2 stars because i love the product. an item was supposed to be 75% off and I only got it for 50% off. better locations elsewhere

Terrible customer service! I was not asked if I needed help and when asking questions it was as if I couldn't be heard speaking loud and clear. However I was surely advised that the items I had in my hand were samples as if I didn't know that and it was clearly seen that I was sampling. And then my phone died with my coupon code. I wouldn't dare download the app to my device and had to go back out to my vehicle to get the code. I will hopefully get a better experience from visiting another location and or shopping online!

I LOVE THE SMELL OF THIS PLACE!
My mom and I wanted to purchase a car perfume but the products did not fit in our budget which is okay. As it is our requirement was optional.
However, I liked this place because I saw two wash basins inside the store where there were different flavours of hand washes and hand creams to try. All of them were unique and really aromatic! There were so many sample products to try as well (haha yes I did try most of them) and also the music playing in the background gave a serene vibe! Last but not least, I loved the staff, I saw most of them were women and they were so gentle and welcoming!

Absolutely love this store! It always smells incredible, this location had excellent employees who are friendly, always greet me with a smile and conversation, and they can always help find the perfect items for you, even if you don't know exactly what you are looking for. They have great hand and body creams, cute little season themes wall plugins and the scents you can plug into them really fill a room! I come here at least twice a month and I never regret it. If you are at Tempe Marketplace I highly recommend stopping by!
