I've been going here for about 15 to 20 years now and I've always appreciated the helpful staff. They will stocked shelves and the variety of Arizona brands that are available. I also appreciate that this location is not overly crowded like most fries and Safeways

I would give the pharmacy a 0 if I could... Thomas sucks! He's rude and he's costed us time, money, and headaches. Really miss the days when Charles was running the show. Will be transferring somewhere else! I suggest if the company doesn't want to lose more patients they change the pharmacy staff asap!

Service has completely changed since Charles has left. The new staff has treated me and my dr like we have no idea what my prescriptions are. I have been on the same ones for YEARS. Not sure why on earth they are doing so. They cut me off mid sentence when I am not rambling, Iāve worked in a medical clinic and know to only say key points so Iām not wasting their time. Have had rx number ready, said so, and have been asked āwell do you really have it?ā Couldnāt believe I was asked that. Donāt understand why they are so rude. There is one younger gentleman that is very nice and remembers me when I come in though. I wish I could remember his name.
I started going to a different pharmacy which is a shame because I really did love this pharmacy. Especially with how helpful and caring Charles was

The pharmacy has no app. They donāt call you when things are ready or not lol when you call in, They only fill half your order since Charles has left Itās gotten way worse. Itās impossible now and if your child has access state ins , please DO Not fill medication here because Benadryl Claritin Tylenol ibuprofen they are covered but a prescription this company does not carry it in the pharmacy so they make you buy it from bash Go to Fryās everything is covered he will These over-the-counter products if your child is under 18

They have the nicest people at this location . They remember you and you4 last conversation . We really love they carry free range , organic meat . The deli has really great meals you just got to get there before 11:30 for lunch and 3-5 for dinner . Itās a full house . Great food homestyle large servings . Meatloaf yum , chicken tenders yum , onion rings wow , chicken green chili enchiladas wow. Chicken pot pie yum yum . Canāt say enough . My son loves their sushi fresh daily . The miso soup an amazing. Love the covered parking and clean carts clean store , well stocked .
Outstanding donuts . Worth driving little out of ur way for this location of Bashas

This is a review for the actual pharmacy, unlike the hundreds of reviews for the store itself. I know, reading is hard.This Bashasā pharmacy is amazing - Charles, the lead pharmacist is a great guy who cares about his customers. Heck, he even came to my adoption ceremony. Lexi is awesome, and Iāve never had a bad experience with the pharmacy at Bashasā! My only complaint is that the hours are sometimes short - but itās worth it to me knowing that my favorite pharmacists have a healthy work life balance.

What is going on with Bashas'? No Sundays now for people who need medication. New hours that make it difficult to pickup medication. Obviously it's all corporate decisions that make no sense. The right hand has no friggin clue what the left hand is doing. I've shopped at this store for 35 years and now that Bashas' was bought out it is no longer the local friendly grocer. Obviously the person in upper management of the pharmacy department has no clue what people need with these hour changes. Very sad to watch a great store go down hill like this.

Bashas' on Warner & McClintock used to be my go to store. I have a big family, so I'd spend a few hundred dollars a week on average. I came in tonight to get soup for my sick son, I was sending him a photo of the options. I'm not even kidding you the "Karen" started YELLING from the other side of the store, and hastily walks up "YOU can't take photos in the store, only vendors can, corporate just sent a letter". I literally just saw the guy the aisle over sending pics of liquor.... But apparently I didn't "hide" it well enough. I said I'm not texting my kid 40 soup flavors, everyone takes photos. She wouldn't stop, MAAM CORPORATE SAID. I replied "corporate would not want a customer to walk out of their store and leave $100 of groceries, you just have nothing better to do I'll take my business to Frys", and I left my $100 cart there. I am sure it would be suspicious if people were snapping photos in every aisle, I could have lied and said I was scanning a bar code? How the hell would a grocery store even police this? She could spend 2 minutes and watch that after the soup, I never would have taken another pic - read the room Karen. I am SO tired of people with nothing better to do then just be a nuisance for no reason, for the most asinine reasons! Bashas' has lost a customer for life.

They will advertise a price and lie about it. They obviously forced someone disabled to come back to work early and gave me the wrong prescription.
