Having been dozens of times to the Elliott location, this one is nice in that it's a standalone building you can just walk right up to. Staff are friendly and not pushy about services.

Our dog was extremely nervous and we heard a loud cry while in waiting room. Did not understand why stool sample was not taken when anal glands relieved. Will be going to another Banfield.

Made an appointment just yesterday for our nephew's American pitbull terrier dog we're fostering. Caring, affordable staff, got needed vaccines, exam for around $170.00 (comparatively good price).

The worst hospital l. Worst customer care for someone who treats their dogs like family. My dog was "spayed" at banfield chandler. The surgery went poorly, my poor baby had STAPLES up her entire stomach. After a traumatic recovery, she started her period a few months later. It turned out Banfield left an ovary in her somehow. The vet from emergency clinic showed it to me. Banfield did not provide ANY reimbursement, In fact they just stopped taking my calls. This was a 3,000$ surgery and then we had to do it AGAIN. The bandfield corporate office ensured me theyd pay to get the 2nd surgery and of course i have never heard back. They never answer when i call. It has been a year or so now. my poor baby german shepherd!!! I was not happy at all with their services. Good luck if you are willing to give Banfield money.

We have always been happy with Banfield. They have a great staff with friendly nurses and doctors. I am writing specifically today to highlight Marissa, the nurse who took care of us today. I am always on guard when it comes to vets as I feel sometimes I am uneducated on what steps to take, so I do whatever is suggested to me, and as all pet parents know- that comes at a costly price.Marissa spent a lengthy amount of time explaining in detail what all of my options were, what the pricing looked like for each one, and gave me genuine, educated advice from both her professional perspective and a human being perspective. I felt I was listened to, felt like my dog was really cared for, and was not intimidated by tests, fees and Xrays.She made me feel like my dog (who is my world) was in great hands and that’s all I can ask for as a pet parent. Marissa truly went out of her way to make both my dog and I feel good about the appointment. Truly can’t thank her enough for her kindness and care.

Our experience at this Banfield location has been outstanding! From the front desk to the veterinary assistant, and veterinarian!We have a very reactive and anxious dog and the staff at Banfield went above and beyond to make our dog, and us, feel comfortable and at ease.We want to give a huge shout-out to the veterinary assistant, Madison. Madison was incredibly kind, and gentle, and also educated us on many helpful things. She truly went above and beyond and made our visit to the vet, very positive. She was very patient and our dog felt so comfortable with her! We are so thankful for everything she did for us and our dog!We had an amazing trip to the vet and could not recommend this location enough!Thank you, Banfield!

The vets and techs at this location are absolutely AMAZING! My kitty has extreme anxiety and when I arrived they had all familiarized themselves with my notes on my kitty and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and feeling safe. I have genuinely never seen her more relaxed around new people ever. Not to mention they are all such lovely people and so kind and knowledgeable. I was amazed with my visit and how they go above and beyond in every way! Much love to your team:)

Came for the coupon, will return for the experience. I have a very anxious kitty. She is the ultimate scary cat. Yes she was very anxious and scared while there, however more comfortable than she has ever been at any other vet. They have a separate section for cats away from the dogs which I think helped. The nurse was an absolute sweetheart the doctor was nice as well. And for the first time after coming home from a vet my cat roamed the house freely instead of spending the rest of the day / night hiding. I will definitely return the next time one of my fur babies needs a doctor. And I would absolutely recommend this place to others .
