I usually don't right a review but I'm absolutely floored how I was treated by the owner today. The owner Lori treated me with Attitude & it left me scratching my head wondering what I did to deserve that.My story is.. I bought a bed from this store, they give you a 2 week warranty, That bed didn't work out so I exchanged the bed for a different one. That 2nd bed wasn't working out either, so I stopped one day & talked with an employee. That employee showed me a more expensive bed that might work. I told her "I don't mind spending more money on a bed but is the bed I have returnable?" She obviously didn't explain it to Lori (owner) correctly.I stopped in today to get a phone number for a handyman Nick told me he had a phone number of one.When they were leaving my house with the mattress they broke my ceiling light. (Accidents happen) It can be fixed. If anyone should be mad it would be me but I wasn't.I ask Lori for the number of the handyman, she immediately copped an attitude & became very unpleasant towards me. She stated, "Oh you want to return the bed and you want me to pay for your light also" then walked off.NO, I never said either one of those!I said, if I buy the more expensive bed, is the bed I have returnable?? That's a simple yes or no question (not a question that deserves me getting attitude because of a misunderstanding) The other answer is I only asked for the handyman's number. Never once did I tell her she had to pay for it.I'm just flooded, I have never been treated so poorly by an owner of a business. I will definitely never send anyone to this business. And Im really sorry the owner feels it's oK to treat people poorly.

Due to my own stupid erroroneous ways I needed a new mattress and was educated and taken very good care ofDelivery was so nicevand they removed the sponge I was sleeping on

The store itself is small, but you’re not going to put the store in your room. They have low prices with no gimmicks. I bought a sleep number bed for half the price.The customer service Nick gave is the best I’ve experienced, unusually good. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing customer service! Nick was very kind and honest when asking him about which mattress I should purchase. When he delivered the mattress to my home, him and his coworker swapped out the mattresses very easily which made the process extremely easy. Talking to Nick and hearing how knowledgeable he was with his product made buying from him that much easier. My wife and are very happy with the mattress, but more happy with his service. Thank you once again.

Great customer service. Nick and his staff are great. Nick helped me and took the time to explain the difference in the beds I was looking at. He even put the bed on a adjustable frame to show me it can be used on my adjustable bed.They delivered it the same day and removed my old bed.I will be only buying my next bed there. Highly recommend them. Amazing savings! They have a large variety of high quality beds. So happy I found them.

Nick and Lori are incredible to work with. Not only do they have top of the line mattresses at a significantly lower cost, they can do same day deliveries and allow for a 2 week trial. I needed a different mattress and they were extremely helpful with me picking a new one and swapping the mattresses out. Would highly recommend!

Extremely happy with the service and quality I received from Lori and her son Nick!! They have excellent mattresses to choose from at the best prices in the valley. They took care of delivery and removal of my old mattress and box spring as well. Now we’re sleeping on an upgraded Beautyrest Black with an adjustable tempurpedic base. Thanks so much for the great experience!!
