This place screwed me over on a 22 thousand dollar truck. We bought a vehicle about 1 month ago, 3 weeks went by and the check engine light came on. We passed by the 4000 mile warranty by the time we brought it in. I made several calls to my salesman, the sales manager, and general manager to recieve a big "no we will not help you," because the truck is outside the warranty. No "sorry,' no "maybe we can split the difference in the repair;" these guys are crooks. They most likely knew there was a problem with the vehicle and put it out on the lot cheap for a quick sale (which by the way wasted 4 hours of my time).NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE, YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH IT. They have poor customer service and don't care about anyone but themselves. CROOKS

The service advisor Jake and the GM need a course from Dale Carnegie. I felt like I was being mistreated because of my race.

She is Amazing!! - Please give her a raise as she deserves it!! I was so Impressed with her professionalism and her help in getting my car fixed, and also, Max Moon, a service advisor, suggested & helped me with ideas to fix my car that worked and I am so grateful for!!(Thank You So Much!)(P.S.) and I read all the reviews below and my experience was 100% Positive!!. I found them both to be Excellent Employees!!!

All I wanted was to call ahead and ask about putting nitrogen in my tires, but never could speak to an actual person -- the phone call would only give me the option to make an appointment, which is not what I wanted. I was put on indefinite holds and never reached an actual human.I finally gave up -- hung up.

This has been an absolute nightmare working with this dealership. I dropped my car off for service as a strong odor of sulfur can be smelled. My service advisor Ashley Cude was very rude, short and dismissive, and appeared like she did not want to be there. She never gave me a card, her number, anything. Days go by, don't hear anything. I call the main service department number, nobody answers or returns messages. I get Ashley's number from the scheduler, call her numerous times, she never answers or returns calls. I finally get ahold of Dana who works the main service department phone. She says she never gets my messages and questions if I left a voicemail. She tells me she can see Ashley and she is sitting at her desk on her personal phone doing nothing. I had just called her minutes prior! My vehicle is diagnosed and I approve work. I asked to have the catalytic converter looked at as I smell sulfur and rotten egg in my car. They refuse to look at it. I hear nothing again. Nobody answers phone or returns calls. After complaining to the schedulers again (the only people who apparently answer), I get a call and am told my vehicle will be completely shortly. When paying I use a coupon the dealer had sent me for 25% off service and parts. The work done on my car does not fall into any of the exclusions. They only give me discount on part and not labor, screwing me out of money. I take the car home and nothing is fixed, still have the same odor. Back at it today calling everybody all day and nobody will answer or return calls. I called schedulers and got the number for the service department manager James and GM Geno. Left them messages--you guessed it, no response.Does anybody at this place ever answer the dang phone??!! Do I have to call corporate to get a response? Hopefully somebody will see this and call me as my vehicle was not repaired properly. This has been an overly frustrating experience with incompetent people who don't seem to care at all.UPDATE:I did call corporate to file a complaint. While waiting for that to play out, I was able to get ahold of Dana. She was rude, misunderstanding me and thinking I said I got off work at 3 am. She tells me they are not open at 3 am. Really?? I get my car back in and this time they swear the sulfur smell is from a faulty filter from my third party oil change place. I have been going there for 20 years with multiple cars and have had no issues. They tell me oil is leaking and they can smell the sulfur from the burnt oil? They change the oil. Ashley tells me this should fix it, but if it doesn't it has to be the catalytic converter which she and the tech say I am out of warranty on as my car is at 64k. I tell them Hyundai has a 8 year, 80,000 federal emissions warranty that covers this. She fights me on it then says she will go look it up. While waiting for her I call another Hyundai who confirms my car is covered.Ashley avoids me until I pay for the oil change then tells me the catalytic converter is indeed covered under warranty. Maybe I should work here as I know their policies better than their own techs and service advisors. As soon as I leave the dealer I smell sulfur. I let the car sit at home all day then take it to run an errand. I smell sulfur. So now I will have to go back a third time. The frustrating part is I specifically identified the catalytic converter on my first visit and asked them to look at it. They refused. Now they are wasting my time and money as I am having to take days off work for this. I really hope somebody from this dealer will contact me and make this right and this is flat out unacceptable and malpractice. To add insult they also scratched my bumper.UPDATEIt took over a month working with a case manager from Hyundai Corporate to get any traction on my complaint, as they told me they had a hard time getting ahold of anyone, including the GM. The GM who ignored me says he won't work with me as I was a problem because I left a bad review. Talk about thin skinned and patheti

Service could of been better, no help when I first walked in, just no customer service. The guy who helped must of been new he really didn’t know much. I’ll be going back to Hyundai Scottsdale they are more pleasant and at least pretend to care for the customers

BUYER BEWARE!!!They take advantage of a single female, try to use empathy and screw her by over charging her, then they cannot even try to make it right by her. They tell her they have a "smoking good deal" to make the situation right but instead they are charging her $5000 OVER the sticker price!!! That's not a smoking deal!!!Not one but 3 tows into the shop within 90 days of purchasing this car. She literally was driving home from the 2 repair and the car stranded on her AGAIN!! Getting stranded on the interstate isn't good for anyone 30% of the time she's owned this car, it's been in the shop! The dealership changes their story and lied on several occasions. It's all documented and between BBB and the Consumer Protection have received our phone calls and documents. Trying to discuss options and 2 times now the assistant manager Thomashangs up on us!! Gino King the General Manager hasn't returned any of the messages left. The car still is in service center waiting for parts and the "extra" warranty they sold her doesn't cover for rental car like the policy said because it only covers repair time, not total time the car is unusable.Update: dealership gave her a rental to use but with expired documents

Absolutely had the worst service this week on my Palisade! Dropped it off for a 10am oil change and tow hitch recall appointment with Enrique being my advisor. He then texted me photos saying a cv axel was leaking. I asked him if it was under warranty (my car is new). He said he has to check if they have the part and then can check warranty info. Finally around 130 I hear back it is and in stock. He said they can get it done and maybe done that day if not in the am. Otherwise the oil change is done I can come get it. I was like no obviously that needs fixed ASAP. Next I heard back at 3pm he would give me a ETA soon. Never heard back so I assumed in the morning they would call. 10am the next day still no call. I called 3 times no answer. I finally got someone on the phone at 1230pm , she took my info and said a manager will call. 1pm no call still, I got a VM that time and explained I have kids and need a answer I need my car and they are 30 minutes from my house I can't just get there easily!! 230pm (at this point they have had my car for 29 hours and NO-ONE has called me, I called AGAIN and can't get anyone from service on the line but a receptionist just answered and said "oh your cars ready!" HOW can no one call and tell me. So I go get it. And no one says sorry. They said everything was done including the recall blah blah. I get in the car to see on paperwork the recall tow hitch wasn't even done. It says part ordered 3 days out! Like come on. And $113 for a oil change and No one even checked my tires the psi are all under 29 and I maybe a girl but I know my car needs to be at 35! Also no one test drove it after replacing a axel part since the miles and gas was exactly how I dropped it off. Never will be back!!

i don’t even want to give 1 star. i am never going here again. i always have issue with my tires and each time i go in, they don’t do anything or even bother looking. i have gone to them MULTIPLE times with the same problem and it never gets resolved. the only thing they do is charge me ridiculous amounts of money. i waited 2 weeks for my car to be finished with a service and they had told me they changed filters and checked the tire pressure light but they didn’t. i had to go to big O tired for them to tell me i need a lot of work done. they charged me so much money to do nothing. my tire blew on the highway and i had it towed and they called me with an attitude telling me they’re closed and it’ll be a couple weeks without an appointment. it’s already weeks with an appointment. they told me it would be done a certain day and it wasn’t. waste of my time and my money. the service advisors are so rude and just want you to leave so they can work on the next person. never again. i got all this work done somewhere else and it was done by 12. ridiculous.

Lied to me about my recalls. Said my VIN was not affected, and they just send letters to every sonata owner. Do you think I'm dumb?Other hyundai dealers say they're refusing to do recalls.

I chose to call and schedule my repair instead of doing it online to avoid any miscommunication about the required work and to ensure I had all the necessary information before my visit. I also inquired about adding an item that was listed as a recall, but was informed that it couldn't be addressed for at least 3 months. I was quite impressed by their ability to accommodate me within just 10 days. Although it's unfortunate that 10 days is considered a short wait, compared to the 1 to 2 months that other dealerships were quoting for availability, the 10-day timeframe was actually quite remarkable. When I arrived I communicated the exact same thing I did to the scheduler. I was asked if I was leaving my car for the next 2 days? He said, those are our schedulers and they know nothing that is going on here. I was shocked as I was told that the parts would be in stock and that it would be no issue to do it while I waited. I was informed, quite rudely, that it would take 4 hours bare minimum if they had the parts and if my warranty was approved. So, I got cozy and waited. I wasn't surprised when I received a text with all of the things the dealerships believed I should do on my car. Many maintenance items that weren't fully needed yet based on the age, mileage, wear, etc of my car.I came in for the repair after a local tire shop saw some abnormal wear and tear. They had given me a quote to repair the issue. I was quite shocked to see the price difference between the tire shop and AutoNation Hyundai. It was triple the price from the tire shop. If it wasn't for my warranty I wouldn't have had the work done at AutoNation. The one bright side, they did completely the item that was under recall. I told him that the scheduler said it couldn't be added. He said it is correct that we can't do those items solo for a few months because of how busy we are but there's no reason that we can't add them if we are doing another repair.

Horrible experience. Wish I could give 0 stars. Been trying for literally weeks to talk to someone in service about something they broke on my car the last time it was in. No one has ever bothered to return my calls. Dropped my car off two days ago, left message to talk to someone, still no calls. Absolutely despicable. I will be notifying Hyundai corporate.
