ATI has been absolutely amazing. They work with me on my schedule and my treatments, making sure I'm challenged enough to see improvement, but not enough to cause pain or harm. I have been very pleased with the services they provide, the care and thoughtfulness they exhibit, and the quality of the services I've been provided.

Very friendly and accommodating. Scheduling was always super easy and could work around my schedule. Only grievance is that one of the trainers never paid me for beating them in a grip strength test! These are good people that I would highly recommend.

There are many therapists @ the Tempe location, and the 3 I've had thusfar have been great. They're on spot with determining the best exercises to help you regain your function and strength.

Excellent service each time I’ve been! They modify exercises that aggravate my original injury and I can tell the PT plan is working!

What a great team Melissa, Josh, Kelsey , and Josh are! They are such wonderful professional therapists. I am 76yrs old. Walking was very difficult for me with a broken hip and femur. Through a lot of hard work and humor I walked out of there a few month later without a limp. That was my goal! I am forever grateful for their dedication. They are truly a joy to work with.

Great great place for therapy. It's actually kind of fun. They actually chat with you. They're hip to and with current events. Even Sports wow nice. They had music on the intercom

ATI on Rural and Baseline in Tempe has given me excellent care for several different areas of my body needing to be strengthened or made more flexible for three different treatment periods in six years. Some staff have been at this location since my very first visit and still do a great job helping me rehabilitate my body. I highly recommend this location.

They are very professional. During evaluation, PT listened and enquired carefully to understand my issues and came up with the care plan right away. On the same day, she taught me couple of exercises as well. She massaged on my stiff neck and it worked like a charm. They take their time to explain the exercises and make sure you are doing it correctlyEveryone in this facility is awesome.I am happy I found this amazing team.

The ATI Tempe team was awesome. Melissa, Kelsey, and Josh understood my pain points and put together a plan to get me back running in less than 6 weeks. Highly recommend!

My PT took the time to listen to me and my concerns. She then worked around my limitations and made me really comfortable. I've been in physical therapy several different times in my life, but this is the first time I feel like more than a number.

The physical therapists are very nice and helpful, but just be aware they are charging you for every 15 minutes you are present in the office (even when you are waiting while they treat other patients). For me it was an additional ~$70 charge/$20 out of pocket for every 15 minutes, so in retrospect I would have been more selective about my in-office treatment.

Call your insurance to confirm a price before your first visit. I was told with my insurance it would be $10 a visit. Ended up being $70 a visit. I feel very fortunate that I only went twice before realizing they weren't used to used to working with athletes; which is fine, I found better stretches/exercises online. Those two visits would have cost $768 if I didn't have insurance. I wasn't given any exercises to do at home and had to schedule an appointment to make any progress. I'm moreso disappointed than anything else. I had heard good things, but it feels more like they are out to make money over helping patients.
