For reasons unbeknownst to me, the appointment I made online, went unnoticed nor confirmed, as stated on the website. The appointment process was a request by the owner, Blanco, during the initial inquiry of vehicle repairs needed. I called to let the owner know in advance about scheduling an appointment, another request by owner, he asked that I let him a couple days notice, which I tried to do. I called out of concern if any money was required up front and out of respect for Blanco's time. Chris answered the phone and said Blanco was with a customer, he'd have him give me a call, that never happened, Blanco did not return my call. So, then I texted Blanco and inquired about cancelling the appointment, only because no one got back to me like the website reflects to confirm. Mind you, days had passed. He finally replied, saying the appointment has already been cancelled, and that was all he said. My thing is this, why didn't anyone confirm the appointment per your website, why didn't you call me back, and why wait until I'm chooisng to be respectful of your time and possibly cancelling the appointment due to no confirmation happening, to respond to me letting me know the appointment has already been cancelled? Like, how did you go from being this amazing person who listened to my concerns and took the time to look for the part needed and letting me know the cost, to not even asking me what's up, like who does that. You made it so blatantly obvious that you didn't care about losing a customer, how is that? You sure had me fooled in regards to trusting your business as being ethical & professional. So, yea, I had to change the the five star review to a one, would've chose zero stars, but that's not an option. I'm sure my one little review doesn't mean anything to you, or you would have reached out to me to find out what was going on, and to think, I was referred to you by Bob's Tire. You won't get anymore free networking from me anymore.I was raving about you and your business, no bueno at this point.

This is the second time going to V automotive with two different cars. Always honest! Very professional and friendly. From here on out the only mechanic shop I will use. love how all their work goes on Carfax. 10 out of 10 recommend. Especially if you don't know much about Vehicles there someone you could trust.

I had a great experience at V Automotive, I was recommended by a friend stating that he was honest. I had gone to another place first and they wanted to charge me 3x the amount for the same problem with non OEM parts, and Blanco at V Automotive provided me an estimate 1/3 of the price including the OEM Audi parts. I will continue to have my car looked at by V automotive especially as a female.

This place is located near downtown Phoenix very close to the SE corner of Jefferson and 16th St. There is not much parking in front of the office so you need to pull in to their entrance to the right of the office.I needed a place for a prior to purchase used car inspection. I also needed it right away because I was looking at a car and the place that was supposed to inspect the car was not available. V's said they had the time and got the car. They were done in about 30 mins. They told me that all the brakes needed to be replaced, several parts of the AC system needed repairs and one of the engine blocks also needed to be changed. The cost was about $45 - 50 for the inspection which is lower than other places where I have had this done. Unfortunately for me, I have been to many places for used car inspections. But when I was leaving he said, "if you buy the car, you have to get the front brakes replaced soon. Do not mess around." That was very good service in my opinion. We ended up not getting the car but they seem very trustworthy at this place.
