DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY!!! Unless you don’t care if they show up. This was the second time using them (shame on me). First time they were 2 1/2 hours late. Second time we were scheduled for noon. They called at 8am wondering if they could do the morning. We let them know 20 minutes later that we could accommodate the early time. Apparently it was too long for them to wait. Then they pulled a no show in the afternoon and said they would have to reschedule. I don’t know about you, but we needed to move today, not tomorrow. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BBB has been notified. BTW, the supervisory, Steven, was too big of a coward to call me back. Don’t do business with unreliable cowards.

Made the best possible choice hiring Arizona Reliable Movers. Couldn't have been more pleased!!! Start to finish everything went perfectly. Quick, reasonable, accurate quote. Thorough communication with office from first phone call up to the minute truck arrived at the house. All that was important but the most important part was the actual move. Steven and Manny worked hard, swiftly, carefully and were very efficient. They really know what they are doing. Such nice guys! Polite, considerate and very helpful. It's June and no one wants to be out in this heat but it didn't slow them down. Selecting a moving company isn't easy; there are so many out there to choose from. I am so happy I chose Arizona Reliable Movers. I read reviews and rely on the information in them. I wanted to provide an honest opinion to help others make a great choice. I hate moving and don't want to do it again but I would certainly use them for all my future moves!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT BOOK!!!
We moved with this awful company this weekend. They had a list of all of our items along with photos and they knew it was a 3 bedroom 2000 square foot home
They showed up with a truck that was too small. Immediately I emailed them and they said it would be fine. This led to two trips for the move along with hours of time wasted to try to fit everything. They didn’t even end up bringing it all and my husband had to go back the next day. My husband was moving right along side the movers the entire time! Not to mention, the movers even said they normally have a bigger truck but didn’t that day.
The movers were exceptional and worked their butts off but this company is garbage. A 4 hour move ended up taking over 8 hours.
They had the audacity to charge me full charge and trips. And of course are avoiding my emails and calls now. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere more expensive and you’ll spend less. Trust me.

This company is anything but reliable. I booked the movers over a month in advance for an 8am-12 pm move, with a request for closer to 8am. Paid the deposit. On moving day, I did not hear back from this company till 11:45. I had called before 10am asking about the movers, I was told I would be called back with an ETA, that never happened. I did not receive any information till 1145am. 15 min before my time slot was ending. Supposedly there were technical issues, but email still exists as well as other forms of communication. The company then asked if a 4pm move was okay, I agreed. the mover then sent me a text close to 4pm asking if it was okay if he came by at 6pm. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. Many other services were booked by myself and my landlady post move. They wasted everyone’s time and not only wasted it but lacked the courtesy to communicate effectively and professionally. They may be cheaper but you get what you pay for, do not utilize this company.
