We have been coming here for years with our Toyota cars, which are always older and second-hand. It is the most incredible thoughtful mechanic shop.
1) I’ve never been talked down to or condescended to, ever. Including when I (a woman) am asking what may be very basic questions. Everyone there is knowledgeable and happily answers any question, unlike some chain shops.
2) They always stay on the phone after giving me an estimate and talk me through things like:
- what is a safety issue versus not
- what can be put off for later, and what could get worse or more expensive if I delay
- at what point it seems worth fixing versus time to sell
Because money is always tight!
3) They put effort into scheduling so you have the best chance of getting it back same day.
4) VERY affordable whenever I have comparison-shopped.
5) The work is done, done well, & at pick-up they talk me through anything I should know or be looking out for.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
WHOEVER I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE TODAY AROUND 10AM. I CALLED IN SIMPLY TO ASK IF THEIR BUSINESS CAN WORK ON THIS ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLE AND THE GUY CUTS ME OFF AND WAS RUDE HE MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE TO TRUST WITH MY VEHICLE THEREFORE I WILL NOT WANT THIS BUSINESS WORKING WITH ME IF THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY.

Great family owned shop with an ethical value you just don't see anymore. Quality and honest service. I've had my BMW, Honda, Jeep, Mitsubishi, and even my Ford serviced at Arizona Import Specialist. Highly recommended.

Best BMW shop ever! Also known as Bill's Beemer, I've used them in the past on an older BMW. Just recently, I had my front control arms on our BMW Z4 replaced by these folks. They are honest, do excellent work and keep to the promised schedule for job completion....at 65% of what the "stealership" expected for the same job. Keep these folks in mind for ANY of your import auto needs. Talk to Mike or Joel. I promise you will not be disappointed!Service: Steering & suspension repair
