The business was recommended to me by my Realtor. I called and left a message on Monday and here it is Friday and I still haven't heard from them. Maybe they are full up and don't need new clients or maybe they can't keep track of their messages. Either way I would have appreciated the courtesy of a call back. Based on this, I will never, ever use them. Avoid them like the Plague.

I've been working with Barb at Appenzeller & Associate for some time now and she is the bomb! I love that she is a great accountant but also has a great personality, a rare combination. I have recommended her to several of my business associates and they have all thanked me for turning them on to such a great professional. I highly recommend them!

Slow communications.sent 8 tax returns to our home - no signature required - left outside our door for a package thief to have 8 social security numbers to steal. UNBELIEVABLE.

shipped multiple tax returns dropped at our door. No signature required - a a package thief's dream. 7 social security numbers for the taking. Totally unprofessional. Barbara Appenzeller's response? "We have no control over the postal service." Well...you could ship it with a signature requirement (which is offered by the postal service) Novel idea.

They handled my back taxes for my sisters estate in the most efficient and timely manor. The completed package was tidy and easy to follow. They completed six years of past due State and Federal taxes resulting in only one year of Federal tax due, this resulted in 11 years of refunds due. A GREAT JOB well done.
