This guy Tony is super rude and disrespectful. He was very unhelpful when getting trying to find his location. Show up and he has no people skills. He has guns behind the counter with him so it makes his rudeness even more uncomfortable. Could be that he is racist because I am Indian. He shouldn't be able to conduct business like this. DO NOT GO HERE.

Rebuilt my LS 2 engine in my 06 GTO. Installed a new clutch and fly wheel. Also the new short shift he recommended is working great. Was happy to find a shop that took the time to do it right. Will be working with them in the future.

Owner is a jerk. Narcissist and has a god complex where he believes he is always right. Not reliable when scheduling appointments on Sundays. Wish I read reviews before using APA, they are all accurate. Buyer beware, go elsewhere!! Also quoted one price only to change the price. Charges a 3 percent credit card processing fee on debit cards which is wrong. Doesn't listen, just wants your money. Tony needs to learn how to listen, put customer requests and needs first or he won't be in business long. Hopefully this review saves someone a headache.

Don't bother calling with questions. The idea of customer service seems to be a foreign concept to Tony, who seems to be the guy in charge. I called asking when I could be serviced and what times they were open through the week. His responses were curt to the point of rudeness and argumentative. I was cut off several times during the span of my SHORT call, even when I was basically going to do THEM a service and correct the times Google Maps has displayed. However, he "doesn't care what Google Maps says." So the times will remain as they are. Woe to the poor customer who trusts the display and then gets there when they're closed.Edit: Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one with this experience. On top of that, it's NEVER a good sign when the OWNER - who is supposed to be the face of the business - argues with customers on the phone, in person, or especially in reviews. It doesn't look good.

This guy is genuinely not a nice person. If you have any questions you will be met with a rude rebuttal. Makes people wait outside (even though there is a lobby), maybe that’s what I get for drinking and driving but that is still no way to treat a paying customer. Took business else where and have had service with a smile since:)

If you want to find a small ugly troll of a man who has to make every interaction with another human more miserable than the smell his rotting teeth and cigarette breath, this is the place to come. It's ironic how many times this man has sounded plastered over the phone when he has to administer DUI breathalyzers its beyond comical, and his lack of customer service is atrocious, and rather apparent by the tacky interior decor. Furthermore the face value of the shop is shown in the reviews where he berates his customers for "their" wrong doings, even though in a few he openly admits to not completing a job or doing it properly due to his own petty emotions. For someone who tries to act tough and mean, you can tell on the inside he's a sensitive snowflake who's probably trying to make up for something. To each his own though.

My boy Tony is genuinely not a nice person. Made me wait outside (even though there is a lobby)... VERY goofy, any questions I had I was cut off and met with a rude a snarky rebuttal or sarcastic remark... SUPER unprofessional. Perhaps this is what I get for drinking and driving but this is still no way to treat a PAYING CUSTOMER. I'm sure he will reply to this and prove my points. I've called several different businesses who are much easier to work with than my boy Tony.

Hi Tony! I just thought that I should inform everyone with the foresight to check Yelp that they should never, ever, ever trust you with interlock compliance. This is a man, I you want to qualify as such, that makes money on plugging a machine into a database to keep tabs on those who have gotten caught drinking and driving. Drinking and driving is not okay. But this piece of s**** gets off on making you feel inferior for your transgressions. He actually runs a business that generate him revenue based on people that have DUI's ... yet treats them like they are s**** Don't waste your time, money, an dignity dealing with this s*** pile. If you have run a foul with the law in this instance; go to American Five Star Transmissions. They are so professional, it will make Tony seem like a distant memory. Tony; I know you're gonna respond like I am just such a miscreant, here is something you should know. I don't lock my door, like you do. I treat people with respect. I would finger paint in your blood all day b***** If you have such a problem with people that have DUI... get the f*** out of the business you pompous f****** a***** IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, TIME, and RESPECT; boycott this establishment.
