If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst company! The sales team is a joke, they promise to resolve matters, to follow up with you and essentially just ghost you. Be aware if you try to terminate, do it within the 120 days of your agreement end date just to be safe. We were late by 5 business days (after realizing the email address on billings was not correct) and they want to roll us into another year long agreement.This place is shady, its baffling they're even still in business with how they treat there clients. Do yourself a favor and take your business to literally anyone else.

This is a review to let all other small businesses know to not use All Copy Product. From the initial lease agreement which was incorrect to delivery, which they showed up on the two days we told them not to install the copiers. We are still missing a copy machine which we have leased. My sales rep refuses to answer my calls I ask to speak to a Manager and there is no call, and the copiers that were installed were done incorrectly and still waiting to be fixed. I cannot wait until my lease is up in the 34 months. Horrible horrible experience

One of the worst copy places I have ever utilized in any business. We were promised a technician to be here yesterday afternoon, then promised they would be here this morning, and then promised again they would be here this afternoon. They do not respond to phone calls, worst customer service I have ever had with a copier service.

Machine has been down a week, and they have yet to even offer a loaner for our business. They do not follow-up on what the status is, you must reach out to them. Then they change when to expect them each time you get a response. Used them before and had this same issue, but since it had been a few years, I thought they got better and signed another contract, my mistake. Can't wait till I'm done with this agreement so I can find another more business-friendly company.

I was going to submit my resume for the delivery driver position and I am a very well qualified, clean-cut, conservative truck driver, but in the requirements it said "No visible tattoos".. What year is this? In a job market that continues to struggle, this is important? Are the receiving customers really going to be offended if the guy delivering their printing and copying equipment has tattoos? You've heard of Amazon? I've driven thousands of tons of freight for them, been inside dozens of their warehouses, met a lot of their drivers, everyone has tattoos, I wondering how they keep that operation together??? I mean, I've volunteered at one LDS mormon food bank in Mesa, never did they say "No visible tattoos".. right because hungry families really care about that.

All Copy has always been very responsive to our needs and on the ball about making sure things are working properly. They've been great about working out purchase and maintenance agreements so they fit into my budget.

Wow, employees must be writing reviews. Check out Yelp... These people lie about the actual cost, over bill, never provide any service. The most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. The day of the copier is almost gone, but they will take you for every dime before it is.
