AIT delivered my purchase from Sam's Club online. Worst delivery service and driver. Cannot contact a human at AIT to reschedule delivery and no way to do it online.Bill of lading says 2 man threshold home delivery. One guy shows up. Said he can take it to front door.Damage to box so I asked if I could open. He said "Sign then you can open. Any damage is on you to handle."No copy of delivery receipt provided.Terrible.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Paid for this service weeks ago, first time no call, no show. Second time canceled right before the holiday! Horrible customer service, never return calls, totally unreliable! Still waiting!

Slow to get you in to unload , and backing in where they unload at is really tight and on a blind side back !!

Truly the unfriendliest and least helpful customer service I’ve ever encountered. Very unprofessional with how they speak to you. You have to be on them so they actually do their job. I had to wait almost a month and call in 15 different times to get someone to actually help me and when I finally did, they didn’t seem too eager to help. Overall terrible experience.
