The service department, which I have been going to for years, is first rate. In addition to providing excellent customer service, they go above and beyond to make sure your are getting the most quality work done for the lowest price possible. They have saved me thousands! I wouldn't take my MDX anywhere else.

Terrible service, no loaners cars when i ask 8am when they open. I get a shuttle home from ACURA OF TEMPE; geeting car repaired for a recall. Then i recieve a call saying its finished ready for pick up. I explained i needed a shuttle service like i said prior to taking me home. Then niko informs me "oh we loaned out the shuttle" so was forced to find a way there. Instead of a 60$ uber rode an electric scooter. Basically a breach of contract on their end! In the customer service, it quotes.If you are getting your car repaired or serviced, they offer free shuttles to and from home or loners. Which they fail to comply with. Then I get the keys to my car, Go to my car and i'm blocked in on driver side forced to climb through passenger seat. Was my first time at this location and will be my last. 100% Dissatisfied with the service I received.

Great experience. I recently purchased a 2020 TLX from an Acura dealership in upstate NY. I drove it out to Gilbert, AZ with my son who will be using it in AZ for an unknown, but likely lengthy period of time. I was told by the New York dealership that I had 2 oil changes I could use at any Acura dealership when I bought an extended warranty as part of the certified Acura program. Acura of Tempe said they could not find anything about 2 free oil changs, but changed the TLX's oil and washed it it for no charge. They just said, please keep us in mind for the next oil change. Obviously I will go there no matter what the outcome is when I follow up with the NY state Acura dealership.
Place had a nice waiting room as. All good.

Horrible service department—they have zero customer service qualities and their techs don’t know what they are doing either. Bought my car at the Tempe location —- but the Scottsdale location is a million times better for warranty work!!! I’d drive an extra 82 miles round trip just to be able to deal with quality people.

Just want to give a shout out to Daniel in the Sales Department.
First off, wowwwwww make this guy Sales Manager!
I had a service issue and he was on point. He went up and beyond to help me out with an issue on my car and fixed it.
If you are in the market for new or used vehicle this is your GO TO GUY! He will take care of you so ask for Daniel this will be your guy. Start to finish he will be someone you want to work with.
Daniel needs to be recognized as most outstanding customer service. This is what wins my business all day long.
When people do that little extra when they don’t have to and they do because they want you to get the best service and help you out. This is what people are looking for right here. Give him a raise he deserves it.
Thank you again Daniel for all your help today I so appreciate it.

Shady sales tactics, originally, I was offered 8% APR on a used vehicle, then called back into the office a week later, stating the loan had fallen through.
The new APR was 13.75% and they tacked on an additional 10k for the finance charge. At this point I had already decided I wanted to keep the vehicle.
I would never recommend this place for a first-time buyer, and I do not plan to use them as a trade-in in the future. The air-filter I got on the engine and cabin was filthy and I was charged to have it replaced.
I've contacted Acura directly, who told me to go to the GM, I've sent an email to the GM and have yet to hear back weeks later.
The sales person also insulted my girlfriend while I was there which I didn't catch until afterwords.

Just completed my first service appointment. Service advisors (David/Abel) were easy to work with but the actual service department left a lot to be desired.
Two of my concerns were completely unaddressed. According to my service advisor unless something is broken or a safety concern Acura won’t approve the work. I guess NVH and quality concerns on a $60k car are considered “acceptable” for this dealership and brand. My oil change was completed but the shop left my interior cluttered with trash, an oil stain on the door panel, and my oil life meter wasn’t reset.
Based on my experience I can’t recommend this service department and won’t be returning.

I came in as walk in for oil change service. They said it may be up to a couple of hours but they would try to get it done sooner. I was in and out in little over an hour. Great service and experience.

This is one of the shadiest dealerships I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. While looking at a car for my wife, I decided to put a $500 hold on a vehicle, ONLY AFTER being assured that the deposit was refundable by the sales associate and the manager. My wife decided to go with another vehicle, so I called the dealership back only to find out they already sold the car without notifying me in any way. I wasn’t too upset since we decided on another vehicle anyway, but now the dealership is refusing to give me the $500 deposit back, even though they said it was refundable in the beginning. I’ve called several times, and it’s become obvious they have no intention of refunding my money. I would never recommend anybody shop at this dealership, unless you’re looking for a terrible experience and are prepared to get scammed out of your own money.

My first visit to this dealer was a week after moving to the state. It felt slightly off putting due to a service advisor that made the visit feel choppy and “unstreamlined”. However, during my following visit a few months later, David Bruntz turned that experience around. Whether I come in as a walk in for basic maintenance or set an appointment for a full service on either my RDX or Integra, he always makes servicing my Integra and RDX easy. He’s very communicative and very straight forward about my vehicles’ needs. Thanks David!
