Based on previous reviews I was terrified to bring my child here at first, but then I saw the age of the reviews and decided to give it a try. My daughter is 3 years old and very vocal when she does not like something. She absolutely LOVES going to this center. She's got some good support here and for that I am thankful. Her morning instructor is my favorite because she is absolutely un-bothered by the kids and their behavior. In her group, there's plenty of reason to be. There are cameras in every room and they suggest calling as much as you'd like to check on your kids if it makes you comfortable. I've never had a problem with the staff and for that I'm thankful. Communication can always be better, but there's never anything major I'm not informed about. I'm very vocal as well and they work with that well. I have actually suggested this daycare to others. I truly hope people do not read the old reviews and allow that to represent the daycare as it is today.

Horrifying. Do not take your kids here u less you just need a babysitter. They do not teach the kids anything. Large classes with very young and inexperienced teachers.

Very disappointed to learn that the owner has allowed for a horrible employee to return. I will never return to ABC and allow my child to be dealt with by unprofessional staff who has no moral or ethic values. This is a straight representation of the owners who would allow employees like this to remain. Mothers please be careful as the staff will sleep with your childs father if given any opportunity of contact. BEWARE also they kept the facilities disgusting.. Should of known that the place was infested with cockroaches when I saw them in the bathrooms.. Just didnt realize they hire cockroaches to take care of the children as well. Especially beware of a particular employee Mykel.. horrible Also really sad owner has the employees trying to leave reviews for them.. That is where the 5 stars are coming from... lies DO NOT GO HERE Hopefully this review can save another mother from the pain that we have gone through based on a unethical employee.

They’re very dirty!! My son gets bit every week and they don’t care to do anything about it. His clothes are filthy and they don’t change him into the clean clothes I send and they always lose his stuff. There ever isn’t anyone at the desk I’m the front and I’m always seeing the lady eating not working in the back. You get what you pay for!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! This daycare is horrible. The staff "seem" nice but there are just too many unexplained incidents that happen there for my liking. My son came home two weeks ago with nail marks on his arm and I just ignored it because it wasn't anything major. Then this Friday he came home with very clear nail marks underneath BOTH of his arms. They were clearly from an adult female. It was so bad I had to make a police report the following Saturday morning. The daycare is contacted on Monday by the police officer and they give no information, they don't have cameras in the facility so there is no proof of anyone's actions. The daycare has still not given a solution for this incident, nor has any staff been punished for what they have done. They told me they can refund what I have already paid but that they have no resolution to the problem. I highly suggest to NOT bring your children to this facility. Just on the sole fact that they don't have cameras and that means that YOU have no proof of your child I am hurt in their hands.

I've never visited this school but I had an encounter with their group today at Skateland when a member of their staff approached my family. An angry middle-aged woman with dirty blonde hair initated conversation with, and subsequently threatened, my husband for photographing our daughter while she skated. She stated he "better watch himself" when he didn't comply with her absurd demand. Later, she made several inappropriate gestures while my husband was simply trying keep our daughter safe.He later witnessed two staff members outside smoking with one loudly arguing over her cell with a significant other. All while kids went unattended. As I said, I've never visited this school but if their staff's behavior is any indication, this school is trash. They ruined our experience today.Word to the wise: don't put your children in an environment where petty ignorance is the norm.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!! These employees are careless. I was picking up my son early from this daycare. As I was walking in there was a child that jumped over my son while watching a movie and the "teacher" picked him up and yelled at him for jumping over. No child should be disciplined this way at all. There was another incident when my sister was picking up my son and he had a huge bump on his forehead no explanation was given. The teacher didn't even mention the bruise nor did she care to find out. No incident slip either. We spoke with the director and she was supposed to find out what happened and call me back. 2 days later and she still had no answers. And even then I had to call her back. It makes you think if your children are well taken care of. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH as a parent!! If you're trying to find a place that's affordable my advice is to look into daycare scholarships. Just because it's cheaper doesn't mean there's no other options. This is not worth the stress and frustration you'll go through.

They let my daughter try this place for a couple of hours. I had filled all the paper work and ran errands. I come back and look into the room to see how she is doing. I see a staff trying to wake a student on a cot from nap time. The kid wouldn't wake up, so the lady tipped the cot over so he could fall off!!! That is terrible. I tell the front desk what I witnessed and she didn't seem bothered by it. I pick my daughter up and she looks a little teary eyed and she tells me the staff screamed at her for wanting to go to the bathroom. Horrible for kids who are learning to potty train. I again tell the front desk who doesn't seem bothered and replies, "My daughter is in that class too." Really?? That is suppose to make a parent feel better. There is nothing sweet and caring about this place.

My son who is 3 months old started here a little over a week ago. The teachers he was with in the infants room were great. They helped introduce him to the bottle and kept me up to date on his feedings since he was strictly breastfed and was having issues with the bottle. On Monday I noticed my son came home with a cut on his pinky toe. It was in a circle shape so looked like he might have gotten a blister and it popped. I didn't receive a report. Tuesday I was informed (after picking him up) he was bleeding from his toe which required pressure to stop the bleeding. I was not given any injury report that day or given any notifying call that he was hurt at daycare. Wednesday I addressed my concern to his teacher and let her know I would be pulling him from the daycare at the end of the day. After work I was presented with a injury report dated for Monday stating my son scratched himself with his own toe nail while he was in the bouncer. My son is ONLY 3 months old. Can't even sit up or stand. Why was he was in a bouncer? How long was he in there to get a blister and to be bleeding? I pulled my son from the daycare and in the process lost a blanket and a bib.

My son went there for their summer program. The kids were bored, the teachers let my son (the only white kid) be bullied, they didn't reapply sunscreen and he was incredibly burned on water day, then a kid tried to drown him and the teachers laughed when Trent told them. They didn't see it happen. Then I went to pick him up one day, asked for him and they didn't know who he was. So I explained that he was the kid that another kid attempted to drown, and the woman LAUGHED. She laughed and said, oh him. I don't know what room he's in. I was appalled and he will Never, ever, ever go to here again and I am reporting them for neglect.

I wouldn't take my son Middy anywhere else. He loves it there. Great people and a great environment. Would recommend to everyone.
