“We were in Snowflake from Yuma for the Frontier Days. We had some car trouble on the way and got our alternator replaced in Phoenix on the way. After the parade on Saturday in Snowflake, our car started acting really weird, and didn't have power. We managed to pull into Arizona Motors to ask for help. Our vehicle is not their specialty, but all of the other mechanics in town were closed for a couple of days. Kimon at the service department had compassion for us, took a look, and was able to determine that our brand new alternator was defective! He helped us find a new one and got it installed quickly, which was lucky for us, as we have to be back home as soon as possible. We sure appreciate Kimon and the mechanics at the service department that helped us get back on the road!”

“When I drove up to O Reilys Auto Parts. I asked Travis if he could put his meter on my car that shoots out codes of problems of my car. Travis did and his meter read out that my car engine is running to lean. We looked and a large rubber hose that goes into the intake was cracked in several places. So Travis ordered the part and he said that should solve the problem because with all those cracks in the hose was letting too much air into the intake making it run too lean. I thanked Travis for taking the time in solving my problem so quickly. And I'm sure he is correct. Because he showed me the large cracks in the hose when we looked at the hose. A big thanks to Travis.”
