I just used Your Golf Cart Guy for the first time and the experience was outstanding. My cart batteries died without much notice. I called Melissa Monday morning and had new Trojan batteries installed in my cart by Tuesday afternoon. I was then very carefully shown how to take care of the batteries. The price was very competitive and the process was painless. I would highly recommend this business the next time you need cart batteries.

my husband and I needed to have our golf cart maintained. he spoke with Mike. he came by and picked it up and delivered it to us in a timely manner. we felt he treated us fairly and honestly. He is very friendly. Knows his stuff. we will definitely keep him on speed dial for our golf cart issues. thanks so much.

Had my batteries change out to Trojan t 875 batteries . Great service, Steve called me before they did any work and gave me update , it was nice i knew where the cost was at all time.Their price and great and they do what they tell you hay are gong to do. I had been fighting an issue with my Club Car for almost a year. The shop where I bought the cart in 2012 provided little satisfaction so I took it to another local golf cart repair shop. It came back with additional issues...that resulted in destroying a front tire.A golf buddy referred me to YourGolfCartGuy. I figured, what do I have to lose. I called owner Mike who said they would be there to pick up the cart the next day (they did) AND actually provided the necessary service to repair the issue and returned the cart back to my home the same day! I was amazed with the quality service, the reasonable cost and blown away how nice everyone I talked to was...from owner Mike, technician Dustin to driver Steve...such a welcome relief to what I have been accustomed to.I have already referred a friend to YGCG and would strongly suggest you give them a shot. They were very efficient, picking up my cart and having it back to me within 3 hours. They diagnosed the problem and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. I highly recommend Your Golf Cart Guy.

Returned to Arizona to spend the winter and upon arrival discovered that my golf cart batteries were defunct. Contacted Your Golf Cart Guy to schedule a pickup of cart and installation of new batteries. They picked up the cart shortly before 9 a.m. and delivered it back to me by 4 p.m. the same day. It’s running great and they supplied thorough instructions on future battery maintenance. Wonderful & extremely friendly service!

They were able to pick up my cart and return it in the same day.They're communication regarding the cart was great.The gentlemen who dropped it off was very knowledgable and shared with me the best way to tale care and store my cart.Would use them again in a second.

I needed new batteries and cart checked out. They have exceeded my expectations. Mike and Melissa were very attentive to my questions and concerns. The service techs did a great job and my cart runs like new. It's 2004 Columbia ParCar and it's never run better.Thanks to the entire staff.

Needed batteries could not find anyone to install them or sell them to me. The golf cart guy took care of it within 24 hours. The service was great. The fellow who picked up and dropped off the cart was very friendly, and he explained exactly what we had to do to get the best service out of our batteries.
