My wife normally comes here to see Vanessa to get a pedicure. She normally gets her full set on her nails done by someone she has been already been going to. The person who normally does her full set needed to reschedule to a later time. (They do not work at wild nails)
My wife went to wild nails in the hopes that Vanessa would take care of her.
The whole time Vanessa was making disgusted looks at my wife’s previous set and explaining how terrible they are and why she isn’t she just getting her nails all done by her(Vanessa). She even threw a fit about my wife’s toe nails being so short almost like there was nothing she could do. Anything my wife had to say, Vanessa’s response was argumentative and my wife is really nice so she felt so uncomfortable.
I definitely wish that people who are in charge of their business would at least know to just smile and be nice to the paying customer.
My wife paid $125 for her to feel uneasy and disrespected. We are a house full of girls and will not be spending our money here any longer.

I have been going to Wild Nails for years! They are very professional and have superior skills, in my opinion. I like to get in and get out quickly, and they are very accommodating. You definitely need to make an appointment. As long as I get my nails done, I'll go there!

Vanessa is the best! Not only did she do a great job on my nails, but she was super personable and made me feel extra welcomed to the Surprise community. She gave me tips on the best restaurants and places to visit. I will definitely be back.

This shop did not want my money today ? I asked to PAY for a polish change . Of course she said she could not paint my nails with regular nail polish , only gel !!!
I told her I will take good care of u pay to take this off but I change colors so much I do not need or want gel
She then proceeded to say she could not do a color change and take off jewels I said I would pay . This shop just wanted to take off the nails I just got charge me a new set and gel !
I’m flabbergasted and they did not want money today !

Bobby and Vanessa are awesome owners of this salon. My nails have never looked as good as they do now that I frequent Wild Nail. Vanessa is very attentive to detail and pleasant to work with. Her work is durable, as well. I highly recommend this salon.

The fastest Deluxe pedicure I ever had. For $42 I expected a little more time and attention. I felt like there was a contest of who could be the fastest. And no other people were waiting. Less than 30 minutes. And didn’t even get my cuticles pushed back and trimmed on my big toes. Second time here. Last time now.

I moved to AZ in June and have gone to a new spot every two weeks because I haven't found my person until now. I do dip powder and used to have them done every two weeks. Now, once a month because they are flawlessly perfect every time. I also love how kind and friendly everyone is that works here. There's nothing more awkward than being face to face, that close with someone who doesn't speak to you. That does not happen here. Amazing, family owned business and atmosphere and most importantly, SOLID and beautiful work every time.

I absolutely love this place! Bobby and Vanessa are such nice people, they make you feel wanted and cared for. They always, always make sure you get exactly what you want. The atmosphere is welcoming and they actually hold a conversation with you versus talking to each other the entire time you are there. My 71yr old mother goes with me to get a manicure. I believe the lady that does them is Lynn. She treats my mother very, very well!! It is recommended that you make an appointment, they are busy and want to give you the best experience.
