Definitely a bank location who has come a long way in customer service from 18 years ago. They are almost done remodeling the interior. The drive through is closed sometimes during banking hours and I have no idea why. A few of their employees have been there for over 10 years. Not my main bank, but we do hold secondary accounts here.

So rude, always super impatient, they talk so loud and never want to listen to you or your concerns so glad I'm done paying off my car with them. Good Riddance!

Staff is very polite. Even though I was t a member they notarized. My items for free and even helped count some cash.

I like going here, I go to the drive thru and they make it fast and easy! I haven't had any issues. Plus the Banker was so kind and sweet.

Drive Thru ATM down frequently lately... Sometimes the ATM zip front is also down. Nearest location is pretty far other than inside the grocery store.

Went in to cash a car from a very large top company. Asked if i had an account to cash stated yes a cc. Then said cant cash due to check not theirs. Check had wells on it, showed the teller desk. then She said oh well its over $5k so cant cash. Said well i was here a few months ago with a $20k check i cashed. Then said oh rules change. Note white guy in front of me just cashed a check over 5k! hmmm. Never go here!

It's says the bank closes at 1pm on Saturdays and I get there at 12:15pm for an emergency withdrawal and they locked the doors!!!! Update your information!!!

Waited for a LONG time in the drive through, line wasn't moving. Called inside the branch and spoke to the manager to ask what was going on with the drive through. Also, the ATM was out of order. Had to go inside to do a simple deposit. Only 2 tellers working inside for walk-ins. A customer was monopolizing one teller with multiple issues that should have been passed along to one of the bankers sitting in their office doing nothing to help with the long lines. Super frustrating with the experience at this branch!

Horrible. Have been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes now and still 3 cars back. It's so bad that cars are just leaving. My time is valuable but apparently this branch doesn't think so. How about you staff the drive thru properly to handle your customers needs?!?!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Literally a line out the door nobody is greeting anyone Im only here for a drop off yet i have to stand in this ridiculous line! Oh and theres only 2 people working? This is a bank right? U would think there would be better customer service instead we are just looked at in disgust by the tellers! Horrible system in this building THE WORST big a** building no employees

Easy access. Drive up atm and bank services
