Just unbelievable to me that you can't just walk in and open an account. You need an appointment???? This branch was not very accommodating at all. Walked out and went to US Bank who bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Used the ATM. The keys were filthy. I got my transactions done, but ... Not that pleased.
