Came in for only cosmetics and everything is locked. Pushed assistance button, waited 10 mins, then went to CVS across the street and was in & out in less than 2 minutes!

Don't follow their own rules...Sign states if you don't look 45 you will be carded. I am 60 years old and don't look a day under that, yet I am not allowed to buy alcohol there without ID. I'm obviously not underaged. I have refused to buy alcohol there for over six months now, except for a couple weeks ago when I was in a hurry and remembered my husband wanted some Corona. I grab my three items and then headed to the checkout where guess what??? Carded!! Asked her "do I look a day under 60 to you? I'm not giving you my ID. She said "I can't make that call, I just card everybody". That's not the state law W.N.M. Greenway and Reems. Just because you guys got in trouble for selling to someone underage doesn't mean we should pay your price. Now, I just don't shop there anymore at all except to pick up my medicines from the Pharmacy. You have lost so much. My whole family no longer shops there. We have given Frys ALL our alcohol which is close to $80 a week. Also last time I was there the girl in the deli went to lunch and NOONE took over for her. Left 3 people standing there waiting for meats for over 30 minutes. Shame on you!! I used to love that store, so convenient for me, but I have my own values. I try to not shop at most Walmart's now and know quite a few people who feel the same way!

I'm normally not a fan of the super centers but I do like this neighborhood market. Easily park, doing everything I needed without the crazy large crowds and long lines at check out.
Would rate 5 star if Walmart would join the tap to pay game.

I purchased a rotisserie chicken from the deli and it was very undercooked. I called a manager to let them know and I was disappointed that I didn't at the very least get an apology. No offer of a refund or replacement, even though I wasn't asking for it. Not very good costumer service.

Linda from their digital team reached out to me after 3 mistakes on 3 consecutive delivery orders. I told her what a solution for me would be. Never heard from her again. Back to fry’s on Instacart. Low prices do no good if you get the wrong items.

I really enjoy coming here. It’s so much cleaner and calmer than a regular Walmart. Not near as busy either!
